Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Folienherstellungsverfahren einer wenigstens zweifarbigdessinierten thermisch verformbaren Kunststofffolie umfassend die Schritte: - Extrudieren eines ersten Kunststoffes zu einer schmelzflüssigen Kunststoffschmelze und flächiges Ausbringen der Kunststoffschmelze aus dem ersten Kunststoff in einer ersten Dicke mittels einer Extruderdüse / Breitschlitzdüse; - definiertes flächiges Aufbringen eines zweiten streu- und/oder rieselfähigen Kunststoffes in einem definierten Musterdesign mit einer Muster-Schablone auf die aus dem ersten Kunststoff bestehende Kunststoffschmelze, und - Kalandrieren/Kalibrieren der Dicke der Kunststoffschmelze und gleichzeitiges wenigstens teilweises Eindrücken des im Musterdesign flächig aufgebrachten zweiten Kunststoffes in den ersten Kunststoff mittels einer Kalanderanordnung, - Abkühlen der Schmelze zu einer festen Kunststofffolie. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Folienherstellungsanordnung einer wenigstens zweifarbigdessinierten thermisch verformbaren Kunststofffolie sowie eine wenigstens zweifarbigdessinierte thermisch verformbare Kunststofffolie.
(EN) The invention relates to a film production method for producing a thermally deformable plastic film having an at least two-color design, comprising the following steps: extruding a first plastic to form a molten plastic melt and dispensing the plastic melt of the first plastic in a planar manner in a first thickness by means of an extruder nozzle/slit nozzle; applying a second, scatterable and/or free-flowing plastic in a defined, planar manner in a defined pattern design with a pattern template onto the plastic melt consisting of the first plastic, and calendering/sizing the thickness of the plastic melt and simultaneously at least partially pressing the second plastic applied in a planar manner in the pattern design into the first plastic by means of a calender assembly, cooling the melt to form a solid plastic film. The invention further relates to a film production assembly for producing a thermally deformable plastic film having an at least two-color design, and to a thermally deformable plastic film having an at least two-color design.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un film en matière plastique thermoformable au dessin au moins bicolore, comprenant les étapes suivantes : extrusion d’une première matière plastique en une masse fondue de matière plastique et application à plat de la masse fondue constituée de la première matière plastique sur une première épaisseur au moyen d’une filière d’extrusion / filière à fente large ; application à plat définie d’une seconde matière plastique, épandable et/ou coulante, selon un motif type défini avec un gabarit de motif sur la masse fondue constituée de la première matière plastique ; et laminage/calibrage de l’épaisseur de la masse fondue de matière plastique et, simultanément, enfoncement au moins partiel de la seconde matière plastique appliquée à plat selon le motif type dans la première matière plastique à l’aide d’un système de laminage ; refroidissement de la masse fondue pour obtenir un film en matière plastique solide. L’invention concerne en outre un système de fabrication d’un film en matière plastique thermoformable au dessin au moins bicolore ainsi qu’un film en matière plastique thermoformable au dessin au moins bicolore.
