(ZH) 一种钕铁硼磁体的制作方法
Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a manufacturing method for a neodymium-iron-boron magnet, comprising the following steps: step S1, preparing a neodymium-iron-boron preparation powder; step S2, pressing the neodymium-iron-boron preparation powder in an aligning magnetic field to obtain an initial rough body; then demagnetizing, and pressing the initial rough body at a pressure of 100-1500 MPa to obtain a green body; then machining the green body to obtain a shape of a final product of the neodymium-iron-boron magnet; and step S3, sintering the machined green body to obtain a neodymium-iron-boron magnet final product. The manufacturing method for the neodymium-iron-boron magnet of the invention realizes the preparation process of the neodymium-iron-boron magnet with almost no loss, greatly improves the magnetic performance and corrosion resistance of the neodymium-iron-boron magnet, and is very practical.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un aimant au néodyme-fer-bore, dont les étapes consistent : étape S1, à préparer une poudre de préparation de néodyme-fer-bore ; étape S2, à presser la poudre de préparation de néodyme-fer-bore dans un champ magnétique d’alignement pour obtenir un corps grossier initial ; puis à démagnétiser, et à presser le corps grossier initial à une pression comprise entre 100 et 1500 MPa pour obtenir un corps vert ; puis à usiner le corps vert pour obtenir une forme d’un produit final de l’aimant au néodyme-fer-bore ; et étape S3, à fritter le corps vert usiné pour obtenir un produit final d’aimant au néodyme-fer-bore. Le procédé de fabrication de l’aimant au néodyme-fer-bore selon l’invention réalise le processus de préparation de l’aimant au néodyme-fer-bore presque sans perte, améliore grandement la performance magnétique et la résistance à la corrosion de l’aimant au néodyme-fer-bore, et est très pratique.
(ZH) 一种钕铁硼磁体的制作方法,包括以下步骤:步骤S1、制备钕铁硼配置粉料;步骤S2、在磁场取向条件下将钕铁硼配置粉料压制成初始坯体;然后退磁,并在100MPa-1500MPa压力下将初始坯体压制成生坯;再将该生坯机械加工成钕铁硼磁体终产品的形状;步骤S3、将经机械加工后的生坯烧结成钕铁硼磁体的终产品。本发明的钕铁硼磁体的制作方法实现了钕铁硼磁体制备过程中几乎无损耗,同时,大大提高了钕铁硼磁体的磁性性能和耐腐蚀性能,实用性强。
