Abstract:
(EN) A conveyor system, conveyor pipe, and manufacturing method thereof. The conveyor pipe comprises a main pipe (1), pipe connection members (2) respectively arranged at two ends of the main pipe (1), and a fibrous composite material layer (3) covering the outer surrounding surface of the main pipe (1). The outer surrounding surface of the pipe connection member (2) is provided with multiple protruding portions (21). At least a portion of the fibrous composite material of the fibrous composite material layer (3) winds around the main pipe (1) and passes around the protruding portions (21) of the pipe connection members (2) respectively provided at the two ends of the main pipe (1) alternately to be fastened thereto, such that a pull force in an axial direction is applied to the pipe connection members (2) by means of the protruding portions (21). The conveyor pipe enables stronger axial connection between the main pipe (1) and the pipe connection members (2), thus effectively preventing connection failures caused by insufficient axial forces.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de convoyeur, un tuyau de convoyeur et un procédé de fabrication associé. Le tuyau de convoyeur comprend un tuyau principal (1), des éléments de raccordement de tuyau (2) respectivement disposés au niveau de deux extrémités du tuyau principal (1) et une couche de matériau composite fibreux (3) recouvrant la surface environnante externe du tuyau principal (1). La surface environnante externe de l'élément de raccordement de tuyau (2) comprend de multiples portions en saillie (21). Au moins une portion du matériau composite fibreux de la couche de matériau composite fibreux (3) s'enroule autour du tuyau principal (1) et passe autour des portions en saillie (21) des éléments de raccordement de tuyau (2) respectivement prévus au niveau des deux extrémités du tuyau principal (1) de façon alternée pour y être fixée, de sorte qu'une force de traction dans une direction axiale soit appliquée sur les éléments de raccordement de tuyau (2) au moyen des portions en saillie (21). Le tuyau de transporteur permet un raccordement axial plus solide entre le tuyau principal (1) et les éléments de raccordement de tuyau (2), empêchant ainsi efficacement les dysfonctionnements de raccordement provoqués par des forces axiales insuffisantes.
(ZH) 一种输送系统、输送管及其制造方法,输送管包括主管(1)、分别设置于该主管(1)的两端的管连接件(2)以及包覆于主管(1)的外周面上的纤维复合材料层(3),管连接件(2)的外周面上设置有多个凸起部(21),纤维复合材料层(3)的至少部分纤维复合材料缠绕主管(1)并交替绕勾到分别位于该主管(1)两端的管连接件(2)的凸起部(21)上,以能够通过该凸起部(21)向管连接件(2)施加沿轴向的拉力。该输送管中主管(1)与管连接件(2)的轴向连接强度较高,能够有效避免轴向力导致的连接失效问题。
