Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a treatment apparatus and a method for softening desulfurization wastewater, comprising: a precipitation reaction tank (1) provided with a seed crystal dispensing device; a primary sedimentation tank (3) connected to the precipitation reaction tank (1), with a first sludge discharge pipeline (5) provided at the bottom of the primary sedimentation tank, wherein the first sludge discharge pipeline (5) is connected, via a return pipeline (4), to the precipitation reaction tank (1); and a calcium removal and sedimentation tank assembly connected to the primary sedimentation tank (3). Further provided is a method utilizing the softening treatment apparatus for softening desulfurization wastewater. The method is able to reduce softening cost while meeting a standard for discharging heavy metals.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de traitement et un procédé d'adoucissement d'eaux usées de désulfuration, comprenant : une cuve de réaction de précipitation (1) comportant un dispositif de distribution de germe cristal; une cuve de sédimentation primaire (3) reliée à la cuve de réaction de précipitation (1), avec un premier pipeline d'évacuation de boues (5) disposé au fond de la cuve de sédimentation primaire, le premier pipeline d'évacuation de boues (5) étant relié, par l'intermédiaire d'un pipeline de retour (4), à la cuve de réaction de précipitation (1); et un ensemble cuve de sédimentation et d'élimination de calcium relié à la cuve de sédimentation primaire (3). L'invention concerne également un procédé utilisant l'appareil de traitement d'adoucissement pour adoucir des eaux usées de désulfuration. Le procédé peut réduire le coût d'adoucissement tout en satisfaisant une norme d'évacuation de métaux lourds.
(ZH) 提供一种脱硫废水软化处理装置,包括:析出反应池(1),设有晶种投放装置;与析出反应池(1)连通的初沉池(3),其底部设有第一排泥管道(5);该第一排泥管道(5)通过回流管道(4)连通至析出反应池(1);与初沉池(3)连通的除钙沉淀池组。还提供了利用该软化处理装置对脱硫废水进行软化处理的方法,可以有效降低软化处理成本,同时可以实现重金属达标排放。
