Abstract:
(EN) An electromagnetic induction sealing gasket with a force-applying (8) and a manufacturing method and a sealing method. The electromagnetic induction sealing gasket is made by compounding multiple layers of materials, wherein the layers include a heat sealing layer (1), an aluminium foil layer (2), a heat insulating layer (4), a folded film layer (5) and a film top layer (6) in sequence from bottom to top, each of the layers being bonded by a glue (7a). The aluminium foil layer (2) heats up after undergoing electromagnetic induction, transfers heat to the heat sealing layer (1), and enables the melting of the heat sealing layer (1) and the binding of a bottle. The force-applying part (8) formed after sealing is formed by bonding a left and a right PET film, and can open the gasket to the left, to the right, or in any other direction. The manufacturing method can enable the integral formation of the electromagnetic induction sealing gasket, and is suitable for automated industrial production.
(FR) L'invention concerne une garniture d'étanchéité à induction électromagnétique comportant un module d'application de force (8); et un procédé de fabrication et un procédé d'étanchéification. La garniture d'étanchéité à induction électromagnétique est fabriquée par combinaison de multiples couches de matériaux, dont une couche de thermosoudage (1), une couche en feuille d'aluminium (2), une couche d'isolation thermique (4), une couche de film plié (5) et une couche de film supérieure (6), disposées successivement de bas en haut, chaque couche étant liée par une colle (7a). La couche de feuille d'aluminium (2), après être chauffée par induction électromagnétique, transfère la chaleur à la couche de thermosoudage (1) dont elle assure la fusion, et permet la fixation d'une bouteille. Le module d'application de force (8), formé après soudage, est formé par liaison d'un film PET gauche et droite, et peut ouvrir la garniture vers la gauche, vers la droite, ou dans toute autre direction. Le procédé de l'invention permet de fabriquer en un seul bloc la garniture d'étanchéité à induction électromagnétique, et se prête à une production industrielle automatisée.
(ZH) 一种带有着力部件(8)的电磁感应封口垫片及制造方法与封口方法,该电磁感应封口垫片由多层材料复合而成,从下往上依次是热封层(1)、铝箔层(2)、隔热层(4)、薄膜对折层(5)和薄膜顶层(6),各层之间经过胶水(7a)粘合。所述铝箔层(2)在经过电磁感应后发热,传递热量给热封层(1),使热封层(1)熔化并粘合瓶口。封口后形成的着力部件(8)由左右两层PET薄膜粘合而成,可以向左或向右或任意其他方向揭开垫片。所述制造方法可以一体成型所述电磁感应封口垫片,适合于自动化工业生产。
