Abstract:
(EN) An array substrate, a method for manufacturing same, and a liquid crystal panel. The array substrate comprises: a transparent substrate (10); a gate line (20), a data line (50), and a storage electrode line (40) that are disposed on the transparent substrate (10), wherein the gate line (20) and the data line (50) are insulated from each other and intersect each other to define a pixel area (A), and the storage electrode line (40) is located in the pixel area (A); and a switching element disposed at the intersection of the gate line (20) and the data line (50), wherein a control end and an input end of the switching element are respectively connected to the gate line (20) and the data line (50), and an output end of the switching element extends to the pixel area (A) so as be opposite to and insulated from the storage electrode line (40). Compared with the prior art, in the array substrate, a storage capacitor is formed by a drain (60b) extending to the pixel area (A) and the storage electrode line (40), a dedicated storage capacitor is not required, and light shielding lines at both sides of the data line (50) are removed to improve a pixel aperture ratio, thereby improving the brightness of a liquid crystal panel.
(FR) L'invention concerne un substrat de réseau, son procédé de fabrication, et un panneau à cristaux liquides. Le substrat de réseau comprend : un substrat transparent (10) ; une ligne de grille (20), une ligne de données (50) et une ligne d'électrode de stockage (40) qui sont placées sur le substrat transparent (10), la ligne de grille (20) et la ligne de données (50) étant isolées l'une de l'autre et se coupant mutuellement pour définir une zone de pixel (A) et la ligne d'électrode (40) étant située dans la zone de pixel (A) ; et un élément de commutation placé au niveau de l'intersection entre la ligne de grille (20) et la ligne de données (50), une extrémité de commande et une extrémité d'entrée de l'élément de commutation étant respectivement connectées à la ligne de grille (20) et à la ligne de données (50), et une extrémité de sortie de l'élément de commutation s'étendant jusqu'à la zone de pixel (A) à l'opposé et isolée de la ligne d'électrode (40). Par rapport à l'état de la technique, dans le substrat de réseau, un condensateur de stockage est formé par un drain (60b) s'étendant jusqu'à la zone de pixel (A) et la ligne d'électrode de stockage (40), un condensateur de stockage dédié n'est pas requis, et les lignes de protection contre la lumière au niveau des deux côtés de la ligne de données (50) sont éliminées pour améliorer le rapport d'ouverture de pixel, ce qui permet d'améliorer la luminosité d'un panneau à cristaux liquides.
