Abstract:
(EN) A quantum rod, a quantum rod manufacturing method and a display panel. The quantum rod comprises a core (1) and a shell (2), wherein the shell (2) covers the core (1); and electrically conductive material layers (10, 20) further cover the core (1) and/or the shell (2). By means of surface treatment for electrical conductivity promotion in a re-synthesis process of the quantum rod or after the synthesis of a quantum rod, the driving voltage of the quantum rod is reduced, and the power consumption is reduced. Since the quantum rod rotates when a voltage is applied, the optical performance of a CELL is adjusted; and surface treatment for electrical conductivity promotion is performed on the quantum rod, and thus the electrical conductivity of the quantum rod after the surface treatment is increased by 180 percent, thereby significantly reducing the driving voltage.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une tige quantique, un procédé de fabrication de tige quantique et un panneau d'affichage. La tige quantique comprend un noyau (1) et une enveloppe (2), l'enveloppe (2) recouvrant le noyau (1) ; et des couches de matériau électriquement conducteur (10, 20) recouvrent en outre le noyau (1) et/ou l'enveloppe (2). Au moyen d'un traitement de surface pour favoriser la conductivité électrique dans un processus de resynthèse de la tige quantique ou après la synthèse d'une tige quantique, la tension d’excitation de la tige quantique est réduite et la consommation d'énergie est réduite. Étant donné que la tige quantique tourne lorsqu'une tension est appliquée, les performances optiques d’une cellule sont ajustées ; et un traitement de surface pour favoriser la conductivité électrique est effectué sur la tige quantique et, par conséquent, la conductivité électrique de la tige quantique après le traitement de surface est augmentée de 180 pour cent, de façon à réduire significativement la tension d’excitation.
