Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high-temperature-resistant polyvinyl-chloride adhesive tape; provided are a method and production process for manufacturing a high-temperature-resistant adhesive tape by applying a UV-crosslinkable hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive to a high-temperature-resistant polyvinyl chloride film. The high-temperature-resistant polyvinyl chloride film is a high-temperature-resistant material containing a liquid macromolecular plasticizer, a solid macromolecular plasticizer, and a heat stabilizer. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive can be directly coated onto the high-temperature-resistant polyvinyl chloride film at 130-150°C; then, ultraviolet light is used for crosslinking and curing, to make a high-temperature-resistant polyvinyl-chloride adhesive tape. The high-temperature-resistant polyvinyl-chloride adhesive tape manufactured using the new type of method for manufacturing a high-temperature-resistant polyvinyl-chloride adhesive tape, in contrast to conventional polyvinyl-chloride adhesive tapes is has the advantages of non-volatility and resistance to high temperatures, and is very environmentally friendly.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un ruban adhésif, à base de polychlorure de vinyle, résistant aux températures élevées, ledit ruban adhésif étant produit par application d'un adhésif sensible à la pression, thermofusible, réticulable aux UV sur un film de polychlorure de vinyle résistant aux températures élevées. Ce film de polychlorure de vinyle résistant aux températures élevées est un matériau résistant aux températures élevées contenant un plastifiant macromoléculaire liquide, un plastifiant macromoléculaire solide, et un stabilisant thermique. L'adhésif sensible à la pression, thermofusible, peut être directement appliqué sur le film de polychlorure de vinyle résistant aux températures élevées, à 130-150°C ; ensuite on utilise la lumière ultraviolette pour la réticulation et le durcissement afin de fabriquer un ruban adhésif à base de polychlorure de vinyle, résistant aux températures élevées. Ce ruban adhésif à base de polychlorure de vinyle, résistant aux températures élevées, fabriqué au moyen du nouveau type de procédé selon l’invention présente, par rapport aux rubans adhésifs à base de polychlorure de vinyle classiques, les avantages d’une non volatilité et d’une résistance aux températures élevées. De plus, il est très respectueux de l'environnement.
(ZH) 本发明涉及一种耐高温聚氯乙烯胶带的制作方法,将可紫外光交联的热熔压敏粘合剂施用于耐高温的聚氯乙烯膜上制作成耐高温胶带的方法和生产工艺。耐高温的聚氯乙烯膜是含液体高分子型增塑剂、固体高分子增塑剂和热稳定剂的耐高温型材料。热熔压敏粘合剂可在130-150℃下直接涂布于耐高温聚氯乙烯膜上,然后用紫外光进行交联固化,制成耐高温聚氯乙烯胶带。通过本发明提供的新型耐高温聚氯乙烯胶带的制作方法制作的耐高温聚氯乙烯胶带相对于传统的聚氯乙烯胶带具有无挥发性、耐高温和环保性高等优点。
