Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a slow-release iron-based biochar soil heavy metal passivator and a preparation and application method thereof. The passivator is prepared using a one-step process by mixing an iron-based biochar, a kaolinite and a biological starch in a specific ratio to obtain a core material; preparing, by reacting an acidic silica sol and a chitosan solution under an alkaline catalyst and an emulsifier, a chitosan-silica sol composite material as a coating material; and coating the core material with the coating material in a controlled mass/volume ratio of the core material to the coating material to obtain the passivator. The raw materials for the passivator are widely available. The preparation process is simple and convenient, allowing for industrial-scale production. The passivator can achieve highly efficient and long-lasting passivation of arsenic and cadmium contaminated soils and inhibits, with a sustained action lasting four consecutive growing seasons, absorption and accumulation of arsenic and cadmium in rice. Compared with a common iron-based biochar passivator, the invention provides higher efficiency and longer-lasting effectiveness, and can be widely used in remediation of a farmland suffering from combined arsenic and cadmium contamination.
(FR) L'invention concerne un agent de passivation de métaux lourds de sol, à base de biocharbon, à base de fer, à libération lente et un procédé de préparation et d'application correspondant. L'agent de passivation est préparé à l'aide d'un procédé en une étape consistant à mélanger un biocharbon à base de fer, une kaolinite et un amidon biologique en un rapport spécifique pour obtenir un matériau de noyau; à préparer, par réaction d'un sol de silice acide et d'une solution de chitosane sous l'effet d'un catalyseur alcalin et d'un émulsifiant, un matériau composite chitosane-sol de silice comme matériau de revêtement; et à revêtir le matériau de noyau par le matériau de revêtement dans un rapport masse/volume régulé du matériau de noyau au matériau de revêtement afin d'obtenir l'agent de passivation. Les matières premières pour l'agent de passivation sont largement disponibles. Le procédé de préparation est simple et pratique et permet une production à l'échelle industrielle. L'agent de passivation peut atteindre une passivation hautement efficace et de longue durée de sols contaminés par de l'arsenic et du cadmium et inhibe, par action prolongée durant quatre saisons de croissance consécutives, l'absorption et l'accumulation d'arsenic et de cadmium dans le riz. Par rapport à un agent de passivation à base de biocharbon à base de fer courant, l'invention permet d'obtenir un rendement plus élevé et une efficacité plus durable et peut être largement utilisée dans la réhabilitation d'une terre agricole souffrant d'une contamination combinée par de l'arsenic et du cadmium.
(ZH) 一种缓释型铁基生物炭土壤重金属钝化剂及其制备和使用方法。所述钝化剂是以一步法制备的铁基生物炭、高岭土和生物淀粉按照特定比例混合为芯材,以酸性硅溶胶、壳聚糖溶液在碱性催化剂和乳化剂作用下制备的壳聚糖硅溶胶复合材料为包衣,用包衣材料对芯材进行包膜,控制一定的芯材和包衣材料质量体积比,制备得到。该钝化剂原料来源广泛、制备工艺简便、易于工厂化生产,可以高效持续钝化土壤重金属砷和镉,抑制稻米砷和镉的吸收积累,持续作用4个生长季,比普通铁基生物炭钝化剂钝化效率高、作用时间更持久,可广泛应用于砷镉复合污染农田治理。
