Abstract:
(DE) Es wird ein Verfahren zum schichtweisen Herstellen eines Hartmetall-Körpers (9) durch schichtweises Verfestigen an den dem Querschnitt des Hartmetall-Körpers (9) in der jeweiligen Schicht entsprechenden Stellen bereitgestellt, mit den Schritten: sukzessives, schichtweises Erzeugen eines dreidimensionalen Hartmetall-Körpers (9) durch abwechselndes schichtweises Aufbringen eines Hartmetall-Pulvers (10) und selektives, lokales Verfestigen des aufgebrachten Hartmetall-Pulvers (10) durch Einwirkung eines gerichteten Energiestrahls (6), wobei das Hartmetall-Pulver (10) Partikel (11) mit zusammengesinterter WC-Bindemetall-Struktur aufweist.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a hard metal body (9) by solidifying in layers in areas corresponding to the cross-section of the hard metal body (9) in the respective layer. Said method comprises the following steps: producing a three-dimensional hard metal body (9) in successive layers by alternatively applying layers of a hard metal powder (10) and selective, local solidification of the applied hard metal powder (10) under the effect of a targeted energy beam (6), wherein the hard metal powder (10) comprises particles (11) having a sintered-together tungsten carbide binding metal structure.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un corps en métal dur (9) par solidification par couches aux endroits correspondant à la section transversale du corps en métal dur (9) dans la couche respective, qui comprend les étapes suivantes : réalisation d’un corps en métal dur tridimensionnel (9) par couches successives par application d’une poudre de métal dur (10) par couches alternées et solidification locale sélective de la poudre de métal dur (10) appliquée sous l’effet d'un faisceau d'énergie dirigée (6), la poudre de métal dur (10) contenant des particules (11) possédant une structure carbure de tungstène-métal liant frittée.
