Abstract:
(EN) According to some aspects, a method is provided of producing multicolor objects via additive fabrication by forming a plurality of layers on a substrate from a plurality of materials each having a respective color, the method comprising obtaining image data, the image data indicating a color for each of a plurality of positions, determining a plurality of color stacks based on the image data, each color stack being determined based on the color associated with one of the plurality of positions of the image data, and each color stack specifying a sequence of materials, where each material in the sequence is selected from amongst the plurality of materials, and forming, via additive fabrication, a plurality of layers from the plurality of materials according to the specified sequence of materials associated with each color stack.
(FR) L'invention concerne, selon certains aspects, un procédé de production d'objets multicolores par fabrication additive par formation d'une pluralité de couches sur un substrat à partir d'une pluralité de matériaux présentant chacun une couleur respective, le procédé consistant à obtenir des données d'image, les données d'image indiquant une couleur pour chaque position d'une pluralité de positions, à déterminer une pluralité d'empilements de couleurs sur la base des données d'image, chaque empilement de couleur étant déterminé sur la base de la couleur associée à une position parmi la pluralité de positions des données d'image, et chaque empilement de couleur spécifiant une séquence de matériaux, chaque matériau de la séquence étant sélectionné parmi la pluralité de matériaux, et à former, par fabrication additive, une pluralité de couches de la pluralité de matériaux selon la séquence spécifiée de matériaux associés à chaque empilement de couleur.
