Abstract:
(EN) A method of dispensing quantum dot containing material in a well, the method comprising dispensing quantum dot material in a well using an ink jet, wherein the ink jet is operated with an Ohnesorge (Oh) number between 0.1 and 1 and with a Weber number of between 4 and 501.6*Oh0.4. Other methods include dispensing quantum dot containing material in a well, the method comprising dispensing quantum dot material in a well using an ink jet, immobilizing the dispensed quantum dot material by drying or curing, repeating these steps an integer N number of times until a predetermined thickness is obtained.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de distribution d'un matériau contenant des boîtes quantiques dans un puits, le procédé comprenant la distribution d'un matériau à boîtes quantiques dans un puits à l'aide d'un jet d'encre, le jet d'encre étant régi par un nombre d'Ohnesorge (Oh) allant de 0,1 à 1 et un nombre de Weber allant de 4 à 501,6*Oh0,4.
