Abstract:
(EN) An apparatus for thermally strengthening a glass sheet includes a first heat sink surface, a second heat sink surface separated from said first heat sink surface by a gap between the heat sink surfaces of distance g, and a liquid feed structure positioned to be able to feed a liquid to the gap, wherein the distance g is sufficiently small relative to a thickness t of a glass sheet to be processed such that when a sheet of thickness t is positioned within the gap of distance g, thermal transfer from a first surface of the sheet facing the first heat sink surface is more than 20%, 30%, 40% or 50% or more by conduction from the first surface of the sheet through the liquid to the first heat sink surface.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de renforcement thermique d'une feuille de verre comprenant une première surface de dissipateur thermique, une seconde surface de dissipateur thermique séparée de ladite première surface de dissipateur thermique par un espace entre les surfaces de dissipateur thermique de distance g, et une structure d'alimentation de liquide positionnée de façon à pouvoir introduire un liquide dans l'espace, la distance g étant suffisamment petite par rapport à l'épaisseur t d'une feuille de verre à traiter de telle sorte que lorsqu'une tôle d'épaisseur t est placée dans l'espace de distance g, le transfert thermique depuis une première surface de la feuille faisant face à la première surface de dissipateur thermique est supérieur à 20 %, 30 %, 40 % ou 50 % ou plus par conduction depuis la première surface de la feuille à la première surface de dissipateur thermique en passant par le liquide.
