Abstract:
(EN) Systems and methods for generating one or more denoised images from a series of noisy images acquired with a medical imaging system are described. In general, the systems and methods described here implement techniques whereby the series of noisy images are formed into a spatial-temporal or spatial-spectral image matrix in which each column represents a different noisy image. The image matrix is then processed to decompose the image matrix into basis images defined by a spatial and a temporal or spectral basis. Low rank solutions are enforced and extracted from the resulting decomposed image matrix as denoised images.
(FR) L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés permettant de générer une ou plusieurs images débruitées d'une série d'images bruyantes acquises avec un système d'imagerie médicale. En général, les systèmes et les procédés de la présente invention mettent en œuvre des techniques de telle sorte que les séries d'images bruyantes soient formées dans une matrice spatio-temporelle ou spatio-spectrale dans laquelle chaque colonne représente une image bruyante différente. La matrice d'image est ensuite traitée pour décomposer la matrice d'image en images de base définies par une base spatiale et une base temporelle ou spectrale. Des solutions de rang bas sont appliquées et extraites de la matrice image décomposée résultante sous forme d'images débruitées.
