Abstract:
(EN) A model-based method of inspecting a specimen for presence of an interferent (H, I, and/or L). The method includes capturing images of the specimen at multiple different exposures times and at multiple spectra having different nominal wavelengths, selection of optimally-exposed pixels from the captured images to generate optimally-exposed image data for each spectra, identifying a serum or plasma portion of the specimen, and classifying whether an interferent is present or absent within the serum or plasma portion. Testing apparatus and quality check modules adapted to carry out the method are described, as are other aspects.
(FR) L'invention concerne une méthode basée sur un modèle pour détecter la présence d'un interférant (H, I, et/ou L) dans un échantillon. Le procédé consiste à capturer des images de l'échantillon à des temps d'expositions différentes multiples et à des spectres multiples ayant différentes longueurs d'onde nominales, à sélectionner des pixels exposés de manière optimale à partir des images capturées pour générer des données d'images exposées de manière optimale pour chaque spectre, à identifier une partie sérum ou plasma de l'échantillon, et à classifier si un interférant est présent ou absent dans la partie sérum ou plasma. La présente invention concerne également, entre autres aspects, un appareil d'essai et des modules de contrôle qualité conçus pour mettre en œuvre ledit procédé.
