Abstract:
(EN) Techniques related to uplink beam refinement are described. Briefly, in accordance with one embodiment, a Fifth Generation (5G) Sounding Reference Signal (xSRS) is used to refine and/or track an uplink Receiving (Rx) beam. In an embodiment, the xSRS is mapped to a plurality of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbols in a subframe. Other embodiments are also disclosed and claimed.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés de raffinement de faisceau de liaison montante. Selon un mode de réalisation, un signal de référence de sondage de cinquième génération (5G) (xSRS) est utilisé pour raffiner et/ou poursuivre un faisceau de réception (Rx) de liaison montante. Dans un mode de réalisation, le xSRS est mappé sur une pluralité de symboles de multiplexage par répartition orthogonale de la fréquence (OFDM) dans une sous-trame. L'invention concerne également d'autres modes de réalisation.
