Abstract:
(EN) A novel biotechnological invention that includes the constitutive or inducible activity of the mycelium of obligate saprophyte fungi of genus Cladosporium sp. and/or as symbionts of plants under in vitro conditions; the inoculation of same since they do not infect plants living under these conditions, and generate and maintain a nutritional environment for the plant without competition. In addition, the plant begins the process of adapting to in vivo conditions, promoting the secondary metabolism and/or the constitutive and/or inducible activities for its adaptation and/or defense, demonstrated by the fact that it is not infected by the mycelium of the fungi, and, using such a process, it can remain for up to six months in the same container/environment without showing any signs of damage, wilting or infection.
(ES) Un nuevo invento biotecnológico que incluye la actividad constitutiva o inducible del micelios de hongos saprófitos obligados del genero Cladosporium sp. y/o como simbiontes de vegetales bajo condiciones in vitro; su inoculación porque no infectan los vegetales vivos bajo dichas condiciones, ya que genera y mantiene un entorno nutritivo para el vegetal sin competir. Adicionalmente el vegetal inicia el proceso de adaptación a condiciones in vivo, promoviendo el metabolismo secundario y/o las competencias constitutivas y/o inducibles para su adaptación y/o defensa, lo cual se demuestra porque no es infectado por el micelio del hongo, bajo tal proceso puede permanecer hasta 6 meses en el mismo contenedor/ambiente sin mostrar ningún tipo de daño, marchitez o infección.
(FR) L’invention concerne une nouveauté dans le domaine de la biotechnologie qui comprend l’activité constitutive ou inductible de mycélium de champignons saprophytes obligatoires du genre Cladosporium sp. et/ou en tant que symbiotes de végétaux dans des conditions in vitro ; l’inoculation des souches car elles n’infectent pas les végétaux vivants dans lesdites conditions, étant donné qu’elles génèrent et maintiennent un environnement nutritif pour le végétal sans rivaliser. En outre, le végétal initie le processus d’adaptation à des conditions in vivo, favorisant le métabolisme secondaire et/ou les compétences constitutives et/ou inductibles pour son adaptation et/ou défense, ce qui est démontré par le fait qu’il n’est pas infecté par le mycélium du champignon ; le végétal pouvant au moyen dudit processus rester jusqu’à 6 mois dans le même contenant/environnement sans présenter un quelconque signe d’endommagement, de flétrissement ou d’infection.
