The present invention relates to an internet of things-based independent power source-type industrial facility predictive preservation system and method which enable predictive preservation in the event of abnormalities in a facility by generating and amassing a power source by using light or vibration, temperature difference, a magnetic field or the like, and using the power source as an independent power source, and then detecting vibrations using a micro electro mechanical system (MEMS) sensor and carrying out time waveform, frequency waveform, peak analysis.

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de préservation prédictive d'installation industrielle de type à source d'alimentation indépendante basée sur l'internet des objets, qui permettent une préservation prédictive dans le cas d'anomalies dans une installation en générant et en amassant une source d'alimentation en utilisant de la lumière ou des vibrations, une différence de température, un champ magnétique ou analogue, et en utilisant la source d'alimentation comme source d'énergie indépendante, et en détectant ensuite des vibrations au moyen d'un système micro-électro-mécanique (MEMS) et en effectuant une analyse de pic, de forme d'onde fréquentielle et de forme d'onde temporelle.

본 발명은 빛이나 진동, 온도차, 자기장 등을 이용해 전원을 생성 및 축적하여 독립 전원으로 사용하고, MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System) 센서로 진동을 감지해 시간 파형, 주파수 파형, 피크 분석을 수행하여 설비의 이상 발생 시 예지보전할 수 있도록 하는, 사물인터넷 기반 독립 전원형 산업설비 예지보전 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
