Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a lithium-sulfur battery separation film having a composite coating layer including polydopamine, and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to a lithium-sulfur battery for suppressing elution of lithium polysulfide by applying a composite coating layer including polydopamine and a conductive material to one surface of a separation film. The lithium-sulfur battery according to the present invention prevents elution and diffusion by adsorbing, through a porous structure of the polydopamine, the lithium polysulfide eluted from a cathode, and also provides a reaction site of a cathode active material by providing additional electrical conductivity, thereby improving capacity and lifespan characteristics of the battery.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un film de séparation de batterie au lithium-soufre comportant une couche de revêtement composite comprenant de la polydopamine, et un procédé de fabrication de celui-ci et, plus spécifiquement, une batterie au lithium-soufre pour supprimer l'élution de polysulfure de lithium par application d'une couche de revêtement composite comprenant de la polydopamine et un matériau conducteur sur une surface d'un film de séparation. La batterie au lithium-soufre selon la présente invention empêche l'élution et la diffusion par adsorption, à travers une structure poreuse de la polydopamine, du polysulfure de lithium élué depuis une cathode, et comprend en outre un site de réaction d'un matériau actif de cathode en apportant une conductivité électrique supplémentaire, de manière à améliorer les caractéristiques de capacité et de durée de vie de la batterie.
(KO) 본 발명은 폴리도파민을 포함하는 복합 코팅층이 형성된 리튬-황 전지용 분리막 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 분리막 일면에 폴리도파민과 전도성 물질을 포함하는 복합 코팅층을 적용하여 리튬 폴리설파이드의 용출이 억제된 리튬-황 전지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 리튬-황 전지는 양극으로부터 용출되는 리튬 폴리설파이드를 폴리도파민의 다공성 구조가 흡착하여 용출 및 확산을 방지할 뿐만 아니라, 추가적인 전기 전도성을 부여하여, 양극 활물질의 반응 사이트를 제공하므로, 전지의 용량 및 수명 특성이 향상된다.
