Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an airfoil journal bearing having an improved top foil, comprising: a bearing housing having a hollow portion in which a rotor is disposed, and formed such that width-wise both sides are opened; a bump foil provided at an inner side of the bearing housing and formed along the circumferential direction thereof, and coupled and fixed to the bearing housing; and a top foil provided at an inner side of the bump foil and formed along the circumferential direction thereof, and of which one side is coupled and fixed to the bearing housing, wherein the top foil comprises: an outer top foil coming into close contact with the bump foil; an inner top foil provided at an inner side of the outer top foil so as to come into contact with the rotor; and an intermediate top foil interposed between the outer top foil and the inner top foil, and of which the length is formed to be shorter than those of the outer top foil and the inner top foil such that the other end portion thereof is positioned at a lower side of the rotor, and thus the horizontal movement range of the rotor can be reduced during the rotation of the rotor, and a squeeze angle formed by the rotor and the top foil is increased such that the rotor can float at a low rotational speed, thereby enabling the wear and vibration of the top foil to be reduced.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un palier lisse à profil aérodynamique ayant un film supérieur amélioré, comprenant : un logement de palier ayant une partie creuse dans laquelle un rotor est disposé et formé de sorte que les deux côtés dans le sens de la largeur soient ouverts ; un film bosselé prévu au niveau d'un côté interne du logement de palier et formé le long de sa direction circonférentielle et accouplé et fixé au logement de palier ; et un film supérieur prévu au niveau d'un côté interne du film bosselé et formé le long de sa direction circonférentielle et dont un côté est accouplé et fixé au logement de palier, le film supérieur comprenant : un film supérieur externe venant en contact étroit avec le film bosselé ; un film supérieur interne prévu au niveau d'un côté interne du film supérieur externe de manière à venir en contact avec le rotor ; et un film supérieur intermédiaire intercalé entre le film supérieur externe et le film supérieur interne et dont la longueur est formée pour être plus courte que celle du film supérieur externe et du film supérieur interne, de sorte que son autre partie d'extrémité soit positionnée au niveau d'un côté inférieur du rotor et, ainsi, la plage de mouvement horizontal du rotor peut être réduite pendant la rotation du rotor et un angle de pression formé par le rotor et le film supérieur est accru, de sorte que le rotor puisse flotter à une vitesse de rotation faible, permettant ainsi de réduire l'usure et la vibration du film supérieur.
(KO) 본 발명은 로터가 배치되는 중공이 형성되며, 폭방향 양측이 개방되게 형성되는 베어링 하우징; 상기 베어링 하우징의 내측에 구비되어 원주방향을 따라 형성되며, 베어링 하우징에 결합되어 고정되는 범프 포일; 및 상기 범프 포일의 내측에 구비되어 원주방향을 따라 형성되며, 일측이 베어링 하우징에 결합되어 고정되는 탑 포일; 을 포함하며, 상기 탑 포일은, 상기 범프 포일에 밀착되는 외측 탑 포일; 상기 외측 탑 포일의 내측에 구비되어 로터와 접촉되는 내측 탑 포일; 및 상기 외측 탑 포일과 내측 탑 포일 사이에 개재되며, 타측 단부가 로터의 하측에 위치하도록 상기 외측 탑 포일 및 내측 탑 포일보다 길이가 짧게 형성되는 중간 탑 포일; 을 포함하여 이루어져, 로터의 회전 시 로터의 좌우 이동 폭을 작게 할 수 있으며, 로터와 탑 포일이 이루는 짜내기 각을 크게 함으로써 로터가 낮은 회전속도에서 부상될 수 있어 탑 포일의 마모 및 진동을 줄일 수 있는 개선된 탑 포일을 갖는 에어 포일 저널 베어링에 관한 것이다.
