Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a kit for isolating and testing a gene or a biological material, the kit collecting the gene from a sample extracted from an animal or a human, so as to test the same with a reagent and, particularly, being portable, and continuously performing a washing step and an elution step so as to quickly and simply carry out a gene test, and the kit comprises: a support (10) having an opening (11) formed at a lower end one side and a coupling part formed at an upper part thereof; a sample case (15) coupled to the opening (11) of the support (10), and having one lysis buffer accommodation part (15c) filled with a lysis buffer including the sample, two washing buffer accommodation parts (15b), and a hole (15a) in which an elution buffer container is provided; a lower case (20) coupled to an upper side of the support (10), and including, at an upper end portion thereof, catching steps (21) having fixing grooves (22) formed at 90 degree intervals; a cylinder-shaped rotating member (40) having elastic parts (45), which have, at lower ends thereof, protrusions (46) coupled to the catching steps (21) and are formed at the 90 degree intervals such that the rotating member is rotatably coupled to an upper side of the lower case (20); a first button (60) having elastic parts (61), which are formed at the 90 degree intervals and disposed inside the rotating member (40), and have hooks (62) provided at lower end portions thereof and coupled to lower parts of the protrusions (46) of the rotating member (40) in the fixing groove (22) of the lower case (20); a tip member (80) supported by a tip holder (85) coupled to a penetration part (63) of the first button (60), and having a test tube-shaped tip (81) inserted into each buffer of the sample case (15); an inner case (30) disposed inside the lower case (20) so as to be supported by the support (10), and having a through-hole (32), which is formed on an upper surface thereof and into which the tip (81) of the tip member (80) is inserted, and a spring seat (33), which is formed at a lower end portion thereof and on which an outer spring (35) for elastically supporting the first button (60) is placed; a body part (50) elastically supported by an inner spring (55), and having a magnetic member (51) inserted into the tip (81) of the tip member (80) and provided at a lower body (52), and a plurality of guides (54) provided around a supporting rod (53) at the center upper side thereof; a second button (75) provided in the penetration part (63) of the first button (60) so as to raise and lower the body part (50); and a button cover (70) coupled to an upper side of the first button (60), and having a coupling protrusion (71) formed at a bottom surface thereof and coupled to an upper end of the second button (75).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un kit d'isolation et de test d'un gène ou d'un matériau biologique, le kit collectant le gène à partir d'un échantillon prélevé chez un animal ou un humain et testant ledit échantillon avec un réactif. Le kit est, en particulier, portatif et effectue en continu une étape de lavage et une étape d'élution permettant au test génétique d'être effectué rapidement et facilement. Le kit comprend : un support (10) comportant une ouverture (11) formée à une extrémité inférieure et une partie de couplage formée à une partie supérieure correspondante; un logement pour échantillon (15) couplé à l'ouverture (11) du support (10) et comportant une partie accueillant un tampon de lyse (15c) remplie d'un tampon de lyse comprenant l'échantillon, deux parties accueillant un tampon de lavage (15b), et un orifice (15a) dans lequel est installé un récipient contenant le tampon d'élution; un logement inférieur (20) couplé à un côté supérieur du support (10) et comprenant, à une portion terminale supérieure correspondante, des éléments d'accroche (21) comportant des rainures de fixation (22) formées à des intervalles de 90 degrés; un élément rotatif cylindrique (40) comportant des parties élastiques (45) qui ont, aux extrémités inférieures de celles-ci, des projections (46) couplées aux éléments d'accroche (21) et sont formées aux intervalles de 90 degrés de manière à ce que l'élément rotatif soit couplé par rotation à un côté supérieur du logement inférieur (20); un premier bouton (60) comportant des parties élastiques (61), qui sont formées aux intervalles de 90 degrés et disposées à l'intérieur de l'élément rotatif (40), et qui comportent des crochets (62) situés à une portion terminale inférieure correspondante et couplés aux parties inférieures des projections (46) de l'élément rotatif (40) dans la rainure de fixation (22) du logement inférieur (20); un élément de pointe (80) reposant sur un support (85) couplé à une partie de pénétration (63) du premier bouton (60), et ayant une pointe en forme de tube à essai (81) insérée dans chaque tampon du logement d'échantillon (15); un logement interne (30) disposé à l'intérieur du logement inférieur (20) de manière à reposer sur le support (10), et comportant un orifice (32) qui est formé sur une surface supérieure correspondante et dans laquelle la pointe (81) de l'élément de pointe (80) est insérée, et une assise à ressort (33), qui est formée à une portion terminale inférieure correspondante et sur laquelle est placé un ressort externe (35) servant à supporter le premier bouton (60) de manière élastique; un corps (50) supporté de manière élastique par un ressort interne (55) et ayant un élément magnétique (51) inséré dans la pointe (81) de l'élément de pointe (80) et situé au niveau d'un corps inférieur (52), et une pluralité de guides (54) situés autour d'une tige de soutien (53) au niveau central supérieur correspondant; un second bouton (75) situé dans la partie de pénétration (63) du premier bouton (60) servant à relever et abaisser le corps (50); et un cache (70) couplé à un côté supérieur du premier bouton (60), et ayant une projection de couplage (71) formée à une surface inférieure correspondante et couplée à une extrémité supérieure du second bouton (75).
(KO) 본 발명은 동물이나 인간으로부터 채취된 검체로부터 유전자를 포집하여 시약으로 검사하되, 특히 휴대가 가능하면서도 워싱 공정과 일루션 공정을 연속적으로 수행하여 신속하고도 간단하게 유전자 검사를 수행할 수 있도록 한 유전자 또는 생물학적 물질의 분리 및 검사 키트에 관한 것으로서, 하단 일측에 개구부(11)가 형성되고 상부에 결합부가 형성된 지지대(10)와; 검체가 포함된 라이시스 버퍼가 채워지는 1개의 라이시스 버퍼 수용부(15c)와 2개의 워싱 버퍼 수용부(15b)가 구비되고 일루션 버퍼 용기가 설치되는 구멍(15a)이 형성되며 상기 지지대(10)의 개구부(11)에 결합되는 검체 케이스(15)와; 상기 지지대(10)의 상측에 결합되며 상단 부분에 90도 간격으로 고정홈(22)이 형성된 걸림턱(21)이 구비된 하부 케이스(20)와; 상기 걸림턱(21)에 결합되는 돌기(46)가 하단에 구비된 탄성부(45)가 90도 간격으로 형성되어 상기 하부 케이스(20)의 상측에 회동 가능하게 결합되는 원통 형상의 회전부재(40)와; 하단부에 상기 하부 케이스(20)의 고정홈(22) 내에서 상기 회전부재(40)의 돌기(46) 하부에 결합되는 후크(62)가 구비된 탄성부(61)가 90도 간격으로 형성되며 상기 회전부재(40)의 내측에 배치되는 1차 버튼(60)과; 상기 검체 케이스(15)의 각 버퍼에 삽입되는 시험관 형상의 팁(81)이 구비되며 상기 1차 버튼(60)의 관통부(63)에 결합된 팁 홀더(85)에 의해 지지되는 팁 부재(80)와; 상기 하부 케이스(20)의 내측에 배치되어 상기 지지대(10)에 의해 지지되고 상면에 상기 팁 부재(80)의 팁(81)이 삽입되는 관통공(32)이 형성되며 상기 1차 버튼(60)을 탄성 지지하는 외부 스프링(35)이 안착되는 스프링 시트(33)가 하단부에 형성된 내부 케이스(30)와; 상기 팁 부재(80)의 팁(81) 내부에 삽입되는 마그네틱 부재(51)가 하부 몸체(52)에 설치되고 중앙 상측의 지지봉(53) 주위에 복수의 가이드(54)가 설치되며 내부 스프링(55)에 의해 탄성 지지되는 몸체부(50)와; 상기 1차 버튼(60)의 관통부(63) 내에 설치되어 상기 몸체부(50)를 승강시키는 2차 버튼(75)과; 상기 1차 버튼(60)의 상측에 결합되며, 상기 2차 버튼(75)의 상단에 결합되는 결합돌기(71)가 저면에 형성된 버튼 커버(70);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
