Abstract:
(EN) The invention according to the present application pertains to a cobalt-free heat-resistant sintering material (A) having superior high-temperature wear resistance and high-temperature strength, and comprising a ferrous alloy base (1) and 33–60% by volume of Chromium-Iron-Boron hard particles (2) dispersed therein. The production method of the invention according to the present application is characterized in that at least one from among powdered CrB2, powdered Cr2B, and powdered CrB is added to and mixed with a ferrous powdered alloy having an average particle size of 5–15 μm, after which the mixed powder is compression molded, and then sintered at 1150–1250°C.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau de frittage thermorésistant sans cobalt (A) ayant une résistance à l’usure à haute température et une résistance à haute température supérieures, et comprenant une base d’alliage ferreux (1) et de 33 à 60 % en volume de particules dures de chrome-fer-bore (2) dispersées dans celui-ci. Le procédé de production de la présente invention est caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l’un parmi CrB2, Cr2B pulvérulent et CrB pulvérulent est ajouté et mélangé avec un alliage pulvérulent ferreux ayant une taille de particule moyenne de 5 à 15 µm, après quoi la poudre mélangée est moulée par compression, et ensuite frittée à 1150 à 1250° C.
(JA) 本願発明は、Fe系の合金基地(1)中にCr-Fe-B系の硬質粒子(2)が33~60体積%分散された高温耐摩耗性、高温強度に優れるCoフリー耐熱焼結材(A)に関する。また、本願発明の製造方法は、平均粒径5~15μmのFe系の合金粉末にCrB粉末とCrB粉末とCrB粉末の少なくとも1種または2種以上を添加混合し、混合した粉末を圧縮成形し、1150~1250℃で焼結することを特徴とする。
