(EN) The present invention, in one aspect thereof, provides a molded article production method with which a molded article is obtained by exposing a molded article precursor containing protein to an environment having a relative humidity of 80% or higher.
(FR) La présente invention concerne, selon un premier aspect, un procédé de production d'un article moulé permettant d'obtenir un article moulé en exposant un précurseur d'article moulé contenant une protéine à un environnement ayant une humidité relative d'au moins 80 %.
