(JA) 高度不飽和脂肪酸を含む油脂の製造方法
Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide: an efficient production method for fats and oils containing a highly unsaturated fatty acid; a method for increasing the highly unsaturated fatty acid content in fats and oils; a fat/oil-containing substance or a fat or oil, obtained by using these methods; and cultured microbial cells of a microorganism. [Solution] A production method for a highly unsaturated fatty acid, whereby microorganisms belonging to Thraustochytrium, Parietichytrium, or Schizochytrium, which have highly unsaturated fatty acid production capabilities, are cultivated under aerobic conditions. A method for increasing the highly unsaturated fatty acid content in fats and oils by cultivating said microorganisms under aerobic conditions and increasing the capacity of the microorganisms to produce highly unsaturated fatty acids. A fat/oil-containing substance or fat/oil, obtained using these methods, and cultured microbial cells of a microorganism.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de fabrication efficace de graisses et d’huiles contenant un acide gras hautement insaturé ; un procédé permettant d'augmenter la teneur en acide gras hautement insaturé dans les graisses et huiles ; une substance contenant de la graisse/de l'huile ou une graisse ou une huile, obtenue à l’aide de ces procédés ; et des cellules microbiennes cultivées d'un micro-organisme. La solution de l’invention porte sur un procédé de production d'un acide gras hautement insaturé, des micro-organismes appartenant à Thraustochytrium, Parietichytrium, ou Schizochytrium, qui présentent des capacités de production d'acides gras hautement insaturés, étant cultivées dans des conditions aérobies. Un procédé permettant d'augmenter la teneur en un acide gras hautement insaturé dans des graisses et des huiles par culture desdits micro-organismes dans des conditions aérobies et permettant d'augmenter la capacité des micro-organismes à produire des acides gras hautement insaturés. Une substance contenant de la graisse/de l'huile ou de la graisse/de l’huile obtenue au moyen de ces procédés, et des cellules microbiennes d'un micro-organisme.
(JA) 課題:高度不飽和脂肪酸を含む油脂の効率的な製造方法、油脂中の高度不飽和脂肪酸含有率を増加させる方法、これらの方法により得られた油脂含有物あるいは油脂、および微生物の培養菌体の提供。 解決手段:高度不飽和脂肪酸生産能を有するスラウストキトリウム属 (Thraustochytrium)、パリエティキトリウム属 (Parietichytrium)またはシゾキトリウム属 (Schizochytrium)に属する微生物を好気的条件で培養する、高度不飽和脂肪酸の製造方法。当該微生物を好気的条件で培養し微生物の高度不飽和脂肪酸生産能を増強させることによる油脂中の高度不飽和脂肪酸含有率を増加させる方法。これらの方法により得られた油脂含有物あるいは油脂、および微生物の培養菌体。
