Abstract:
(EN) The fatigue strength of a lap-welded joint 10, wherein an overlap portion 12a of a first steel member 12 and an overlap portion 14a of a second steel member 14 are overlapped, and the edge portion of the first steel member 12 is welded to the surface (14b) of the second steel member 14 by means of a welded part 16 extending along that edge portion, is improved by the following method. First, with the direction perpendicular to the direction of extension of the welded part 16 and parallel to the surface 14b of the second steel member 14 as the reference direction Y, movement of the lap-welded joint 10 in the reference direction Y is restricted, and movement of the first steel member 12 and the second steel member 14 in the plate thickness direction is restricted. In this state a portion 14a of the second steel member 14 is heated so as to form a melted part 18 on the portion 14a of the second steel member 14.
(FR) La résistance à la fatigue d'un joint soudé par recouvrement 10, dans lequel une partie de recouvrement 12a d'un premier élément en acier 12 et une partie de recouvrement 14a d'un second élément en acier 14 sont superposées, et la partie bord du premier élément en acier 12 est soudée à la surface 14b du second élément en acier 14 au moyen d'une partie soudée 16 s'étendant le long de cette partie bord, est améliorée par le procédé suivant. Tout d'abord, avec la direction perpendiculaire à la direction d'extension de la partie soudée 16 et parallèlement à la surface 14b du second élément en acier 14 comme direction de référence Y, le déplacement du joint soudé par recouvrement 10 dans la direction de référence Y est limité, et le déplacement du premier élément en acier 12 et du second élément en acier 14 dans la direction d'épaisseur de plaque est limité. Dans cet état, une partie 14a du second élément en acier 14 est chauffée de manière à former une partie fondue 18 sur la partie 14a du second élément en acier 14.
(JA) 第1鋼材12の重なり部12aと第2鋼材14の重なり部14aとが重なっており、かつ第1鋼材12の縁部に沿って延びる溶接部16によって該縁部が第2鋼材14の表面14bに溶接されている重ね溶接継手10の疲労強度を、以下の方法によって向上させる。まず、溶接部16の延伸方向Xに垂直でかつ第2鋼材14の表面14bに平行な方向を基準方向Yとして、重ね溶接継手10の基準方向Yへの移動を規制するとともに、第1鋼材12および第2鋼材14の板厚方向への移動を規制する。この状態で、第2鋼材14の一部14aに溶融部18が形成されるように、第2鋼材14の一部14aを加熱する。
