Abstract:
(EN) A nozzle member 31 of the present disclosure has a base material 60, a metal oxide film 63, and a water-repellent film 64. The base material 60 has a first surface 60a, and the first surface 60a has formed therein a plurality of through-holes 8a serving as ejection holes 8. The metal oxide film 63 is arranged on the first surface 60a. The water-repellent film 64 is arranged on the metal oxide film 63. When regions around the ejection holes 8 are defined as first regions A1 and regions between the adjacent first regions A1 are defined as second regions A2, the metal oxide film 63 in the first regions A1 is greater in thickness than the metal oxide film 63 in the second regions A2.
(FR) Un élément buse 31 de la présente invention comporte un matériau de base 60, un film d'oxyde métallique 63 et un film hydrophobe 64. Le matériau de base 60 comporte une première surface 60a, et la première surface 60a présente, formés en son sein, une pluralité de trous traversants 8a servant de trous d'éjection 8. Le film d'oxyde métallique 63 se trouve sur la première surface 60a. Le film hydrophobe 64 se trouve sur le film d'oxyde métallique 63. Lorsque des régions entourant les trous d'éjection 8 sont définies comme des premières régions A1 et que des régions entre les premières régions A1 adjacentes sont définies comme des secondes régions A2, le film d'oxyde métallique 63 dans les premières régions A1 a une épaisseur supérieure à celle du film d'oxyde métallique 63 dans les secondes régions A2.
(JA) 本開示のノズル部材31は、基材60と、金属酸化膜63と、撥水膜64とを有している。基材60は第1面60aを有しており、第1面60aには、吐出孔8となる貫通孔8aが複数開口している。金属酸化膜63は、第1面60aの上に配置されている。撥水膜64は、金属酸化膜63の上に配置されている。そして、吐出孔8の周囲の領域を第1領域A1とし、隣り合う第1領域A1の間の領域を第2領域A2としたときに、第1領域A1における金属酸化膜63の厚さが、第2領域A2における金属酸化膜63の厚さよりも厚い。
