Abstract:
(EN) A method for supplying an assist gas in which a nitrogen-rich gas (A1b) is obtained from compressed air (A1) and the nitrogen-rich gas (A1b) is supplied as an assist gas (AG) to a laser processing head (13). A separation device (4) equipped with a hollow-fiber membrane through which oxygen passes more easily than nitrogen is used to separate the nitrogen-rich gas (A1b) from the compressed air (A1). The nitrogen purity of the nitrogen-rich gas (A1b) to be supplied as the assist gas (AG) is adjusted by executing a nitrogen purity reduction operation, wherein compressed air (A1) is mixed with the separated nitrogen-rich gas (A1b) to lower the nitrogen purity, or a nitrogen purity boosting operation wherein nitrogen gas (C1) is mixed with the separated nitrogen-rich gas (A1b) to increase the nitrogen purity.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de fournir un gaz de soufflage dans lequel un gaz riche en azote (A1b) est obtenu à partir de l'air comprimé (A1) et le gaz riche en azote (A1b) est fourni comme un gaz de soufflage (AG) à une tête de traitement laser (13). Un dispositif de séparation (4) équipé d'une membrane à fibres creuses à travers laquelle l'oxygène passe plus facilement que l'azote, est utilisé pour séparer le gaz riche en azote (A1b) de l'air comprimé (A1). La pureté d'azote du gaz riche en azote (A1b) à fournir comme gaz de soufflage (AG) est ajustée en exécutant une opération de réduction de la pureté d'azote dans laquelle l'air comprimé (A1) est mélangé avec le gaz riche en azote séparé (A1b) de sorte à réduire la pureté d'azote, ou une opération d'augmentation de la pureté d'azote dans laquelle de l'azote gazeux (C1) est mélangé avec le gaz riche en azote séparé (A1b) de sorte à augmenter la pureté d'azote.
(JA) アシストガス供給方法によって、圧縮空気(A1)から窒素リッチガス(A1b)が取得されて当該窒素リッチガス(A1b)がアシストガス(AG)としてレーザ加工ヘッド(13)に供給される。窒素よりも酸素を透過し易い中空糸膜を備えた分離装置(4)を用いて圧縮空気(A1)から窒素リッチガス(A1b)が分離される。分離された窒素リッチガス(A1b)に圧縮空気(A1)を混合して窒素純度を下げる窒素純度低下動作、及び、分離された窒素リッチガス(A1b)に窒素ガス(C1)を混合して窒素純度を上げる窒素純度上昇動作のいずれか一方を実行することで、アシストガス(AG)として供給される窒素リッチガス(A1b)の窒素純度が調整される。
