Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a dry distillation gasification waste incineration method such that it is possible to reduce running costs and stabilize combustion of combustible gas when switching the combustible gas to be burned. A single combustion furnace 4 is equipped with a plurality of dry distillation furnaces 2a, 2b. Waste A in dry distillation furnace 2a is subjected to dry distillation so that combustible gas is generated, and when this gas is introduced into the combustion furnace 4 and burned, control is carried out so that the temperature Tc in the combustion furnace 4 becomes a first temperature. When the temperature Tc in the combustion furnace 4 reaches the first temperature and waste A is detected in dry distillation furnace 2b, the waste A in dry distillation furnace 2b is ignited, and this waste A is subjected to dry distillation to generate combustible gas which will begin to be introduced into the combustion furnace 4.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'incinération de déchets par distillation sèche et gazéification, permettant de réduire les coûts d'utilisation et de stabiliser la combustion du gaz combustible lors d'une commutation du gaz combustible à brûler. Un four à combustion unique (4) est muni d'une pluralité de fours à distillation sèche (2a, 2b). Les déchets A dans le four à distillation sèche (2a) sont soumis à une distillation sèche afin de produire du gaz combustible, et lorsque ce gaz est introduit dans le four à combustion (4) et brûlé, une régulation est effectuée afin que la température (Tc) dans le four à combustion (4) devienne une première température. Lorsque la température (Tc) dans le four à combustion (4) atteint la première température et que des déchets A sont détectés dans le four à distillation sèche (2b), les déchets A dans le four à distillation sèche (2b) sont enflammés, et ces déchets A sont soumis à une distillation sèche afin de produire un gaz combustible qui sera introduit dans le four à combustion (4).
(JA) 燃焼炉で燃焼される可燃性ガスを切り替える際に、ランニングコストを低減でき、可燃性ガスの燃焼を安定に行える廃棄物の乾溜ガス化焼却処理方法を提供する。 1基の燃焼炉4に対して複数の乾溜炉2a,2bを備える。乾溜炉2a内の廃棄物Aを乾溜して可燃性ガスを生成させ、該可燃性ガスを燃焼炉4に導入して燃焼させるときに、燃焼炉4内の温度Tcが第1の温度になるように制御する。燃焼炉4内の温度Tcが第1の温度であるときに、乾溜炉2bへの廃棄物Aの収容を検知して、乾溜炉2b内の廃棄物Aに着火し、該廃棄物Aを乾留して可燃性ガスを生成させ、該可燃性ガスの燃焼炉4への導入を開始する。
