Abstract:
(EN) To provide: coated nickel-based lithium-nickel composite oxide particles which are able to be handled in the atmosphere and enable the achievement of a coating film of a lithium ion conductor having no adverse effects on battery characteristics; and a method for producing the coated nickel-based lithium-nickel composite oxide particles. A method for producing coated nickel-based lithium-nickel composite oxide particles, which comprises: an organic compound radicalization step wherein a radicalized organic compound is obtained by introducing an organic compound having 8 or less carbon atoms into a reaction gas, which has been excited into a plasma in the atmosphere, together with a carrier gas and radicalizing the organic compound; and a coating step wherein the surface of each nickel-based lithium-nickel composite oxide particle is covered with a coating film that contains an organic compound of a polymer or copolymer by bringing the radicalized organic compound into contact with the surfaces of the nickel-based lithium-nickel composite oxide particles.
(FR) L’invention vise à procurer des particules d'oxyde composite de lithium-nickel à base de nickel revêtues pouvant être manipulées dans l'atmosphère et permettant d'obtenir un film de revêtement d'un conducteur d'ion lithium ne présentant pas d'effets négatifs sur les caractéristiques de batterie ; et un procédé de production des particules d'oxyde composite de lithium-nickel à base de nickel revêtues. Ce procédé de production de particules d'oxyde composite de lithium-nickel à base de nickel revêtues comprend : une étape de radicalisation de composé organique, un composé organique radicalisé étant obtenu par introduction d'un composé organique présentant 8 atomes de carbone ou moins dans un gaz de réaction, qui a été excité en un plasma dans l'atmosphère, avec un gaz vecteur et la radicalisation du composé organique ; et une étape de revêtement, la surface de chaque particule d'oxyde composite de lithium-nickel à base de nickel étant revêtue d'un film de revêtement qui comporte un composé organique d'un polymère ou d'un copolymère par la mise en contact du composé organique radicalisé avec les surfaces des particules d'oxyde composite de lithium-nickel à base de nickel.
(JA) 大気雰囲気下で取り扱うことができ、且つ電池特性に悪影響がないリチウムイオン伝導体の被覆膜を得ることのできる、被覆ニッケル系リチウム-ニッケル複合酸化物粒子及びその製造方法の提供すること。 大気圧下でプラズマ化された反応ガス中に、炭素数が8以下の有機化合物をキャリアガスとともに導入し、該有機化合物をラジカル化することでラジカル化有機化合物を得る有機化合物ラジカル化工程と、ラジカル化有機化合物とニッケル系リチウム-ニッケル複合酸化物粒子の表面とを接触させることにより、該ニッケル系リチウム-ニッケル複合酸化物粒子の表面に重合体又は共重合体の有機化合物を含む被覆膜を被覆する被覆工程と、を備える被覆ニッケル系リチウム-ニッケル複合酸化物粒子の製造方法である。
