Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for forming a multilayer coating film, by which it is possible to form a multilayer coating film having excellent coating film performance even when curing is carried out at a low temperature. The present invention provides a method for forming a multilayer coating film, which includes an intermediate coating film formation step in which an uncured intermediate coating film is formed by coating an object to be coated with an aqueous intermediate coating material composition; a base coating film formation step in which an uncured base coating film is formed by coating an aqueous base coating material composition on the obtained uncured intermediate coating film; and a curing step in which the obtained uncured intermediate coating film and base coating film are heated and cured; wherein the aqueous intermediate coating material composition is an aqueous intermediate coating material composition containing an aqueous resin (A1) having hydroxyl groups and carboxyl groups, a polyisocyanate compound (B) and a hydrophilically modified carbodiimide compound (C); and the aqueous base coating material composition is an aqueous-based coating material composition containing an aqueous resin (A2) having hydroxyl groups and carboxyl groups, a melamine resin (D), a weak acid catalyst (E) and an aqueous polyurethane resin (F).
(FR) Le problème posé par la présente invention consiste à fournir un procédé de formation d'un film de revêtement multicouche, permettant de former un film de revêtement multicouche ayant d'excellentes performances de film de revêtement même lorsque le durcissement est réalisé à basse température. La solution selon la présente invention porte sur un procédé de formation d'un film de revêtement multicouche, qui contient une étape de formation de film de revêtement intermédiaire dans laquelle un film de revêtement intermédiaire non durci est formé par revêtement d'un objet à revêtir avec une composition de matériau de revêtement intermédiaire aqueuse ; une étape de formation de film de revêtement de base, dans laquelle un film de revêtement de base non durci est formé par revêtement d'une composition de matériau de revêtement de base aqueuse sur le film de revêtement intermédiaire non durci obtenu ; et une étape de durcissement, dans laquelle le film de revêtement intermédiaire et le film de revêtement de base non durcis obtenus sont chauffés et durcis ; la composition de matériau de revêtement intermédiaire aqueuse étant une composition de matériau de revêtement intermédiaire aqueuse contenant une résine aqueuse (A1) ayant des groupes hydroxyle et des groupes carboxyle, un composé poly-isocyanate (B) et un composé de carbodiimide à modification hydrophile (C) ; et la composition de matériau de revêtement de base aqueuse étant une composition de matériau de revêtement de base aqueuse contenant une résine aqueuse (A2) ayant des groupes hydroxyle et des groupes carboxyle, une résine de mélamine (D), un catalyseur acide faible (E) et une résine de polyuréthane aqueuse (F).
(JA) 本発明は、低温硬化であっても優れた塗膜性能を有する複層塗膜を形成することができる、複層塗膜形成方法を提供することを課題とする。 本発明は、水性中塗り塗料組成物を被塗物に塗装して、未硬化の中塗り塗膜を形成する、中塗り塗膜形成工程;得られた未硬化の中塗り塗膜の上に、水性ベース塗料組成物を塗装して、未硬化のベース塗膜を形成する、ベース塗膜形成工程、および;得られた未硬化の中塗り塗膜およびベース塗膜を加熱して硬化する、硬化工程;を包含する、複層塗膜形成方法であって、上記水性中塗り塗料組成物は、水酸基およびカルボキシル基を有する水性樹脂(A1)、ポリイソシアネート化合物(B)、および、親水化変性カルボジイミド化合物(C)、を含む水性中塗り塗料組成物であり;上記水性ベース塗料組成物は、水酸基およびカルボキシル基を有する水性樹脂(A2)、メラミン樹脂(D)、弱酸触媒(E)、および、水性ポリウレタン樹脂(F)、を含む水性ベース塗料組成物である、複層塗膜形成方法に関する。
