Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a detection means whereby Staphylococcus aureus can be identified at a high accuracy. An aspect of the present invention relates to a medium for detecting S. aureus which comprises one or more kinds of nutritional components, a color developing agent capable of developing a color in the presence of α-glucosidase, a color developing agent capable of developing a color in the presence of phosphatase and 0.5 mg/cm3 or more of sodium colistin methanesulfonate. Another aspect of the present invention relates to a sheet for detecting S. aureus, said sheet comprising the aforesaid medium, and a method for detecting S. aureus with the use of the medium and sheet as described above.
(FR) L’objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un moyen de détection grâce auquel Staphylococcus aureus peut être identifié avec une précision élevée. Un aspect de la présente invention concerne un milieu pour détecter S. aureus qui comprend un ou plusieurs types de composants nutritionnels, un agent de développement de couleur capable de développer une couleur en présence de α-glucosidase, un agent de développement de couleur capable de développer une couleur en présence de phosphatase et 0,5 mg/cm3 ou plus de méthanesulfonate de colistine sodique. Un autre aspect de la présente invention concerne une feuille pour détecter S. aureus, ladite feuille comprenant le milieu mentionné ci-dessus, et un procédé de détection de S. aureus au moyen du milieu et de la feuille décrits ci-dessus.
(JA) 黄色ブドウ球菌を高い精度で同定できる検出手段を提供することを目的とする。本発明の一態様は、1種以上の栄養成分と、α-グルコシダーゼの存在下で発色する発色剤と、ホスファターゼの存在下で発色する発色剤と、0.5 mg/cm3以上のコリスチンメタンスルホン酸ナトリウムとを含む、黄色ブドウ球菌を検出するための培地に関する。本発明の別の一態様はまた、前記培地を有する黄色ブドウ球菌検出シート、並びにそれらを用いる黄色ブドウ球菌の検出方法に関する。
