Abstract:
(EN) A method for manufacturing carbon nanotube thread, including: a step for readying perpendicularly oriented carbon nanotubes (2) that are disposed on a substrate (1) and are oriented perpendicularly to the substrate (1); a step for readying a rotation body (4) having a groove (20) in the circumferential surface (4A) thereof; a step for drawing a plurality of carbon nanotubes (10) from the perpendicularly oriented carbon nanotubes (2) in a continuous linear shape, preparing carbon nanotube single threads (8), placing the carbon nanotube single threads (8) in a multiply parallel arrangement, and preparing a carbon nanotube web (3); a step for wrapping the carbon nanotube web (3) around the circumferential surface (4A) of the rotation body (4) so that the carbon nanotube web (3) fits into the groove (20); and a step for drawing a carbon nanotube web (3A) from the rotation body (4).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un fil de nanotubes de carbone, comprenant : une étape consistant à préparer des nanotubes de carbone orientés perpendiculairement (2) placés sur un substrat (1) et orientés perpendiculairement au substrat (1) ; une étape consistant à préparer un corps de rotation (4) ayant une rainure (10) dans sa surface circonférentielle (4A) ; une étape consistant à étirer une pluralité de nanotubes de carbone (10) parmi les nanotubes de carbone orientés perpendiculairement (2) selon une forme linéaire continue, à préparer des fils simples de nanotubes de carbone (8), à placer les fils simples de nanotubes de carbone (8) selon un agencement parallèle de multiplication, et à préparer une bande de nanotubes de carbone (3) ; une étape consistant à enrouler la bande de nanotubes de carbone (3) autour de la surface circonférentielle (4A) du corps de rotation (4) de sorte que la bande de nanotubes de carbone (3) s'insère dans la rainure (10) ; et une étape consistant à étirer une bande de nanotubes de carbone (3A) à partir du corps de rotation (4).
(JA) カーボンナノチューブ糸の製造方法は、基板(1)上に配置され、基板(1)に対して垂直に配向される垂直配向カーボンナノチューブ(2)を準備する工程と、周面(4A)に溝(20)を有する回転体(4)を準備する工程と、垂直配向カーボンナノチューブ(2)から、複数のカーボンナノチューブ(10)を線状に連続するように引き出して、カーボンナノチューブ単糸(8)を調製するとともに、カーボンナノチューブ単糸(8)を複数並列配置して、カーボンナノチューブウェブ(3)を調製する工程と、カーボンナノチューブウェブ(3)を溝(20)に嵌るように回転体(4)の周面(4A)に巻き付ける工程と、カーボンナノチューブウェブ(3A)を、回転体(4)から引き出す工程を含む。
