Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a blood purification device which is capable of determining, with increased accuracy, whether or not a connection line is properly connected. The blood purification device is provided with a control means 16 capable of causing the execution of: a pressure imparting step for imparting negative or positive pressure to one flow path which is either a piping portion or a blood circuit; a propagation step for propagating the negative or positive pressure imparted in the pressure imparting step to the other flow path, which is either the piping portion or the blood circuit, via a connection line; and a determination step for checking, on the basis of a pressure level detected by a pressure detection means, whether or not the negative or positive pressure has been propagated in the propagation step, and at the same time, determining, on the basis of whether or not the negative or positive pressure has been propagated, whether or not the connection line is property connected.
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif de purification du sang qui est apte à déterminer, avec une précision accrue, si un tube de raccord est raccordé convenablement. Le dispositif de purification du sang est doté d’un moyen de commande (16) apte à entraîner l’exécution des étapes suivantes : une étape d’application de pression pour appliquer une pression négative ou positive sur un trajet d’écoulement qui est soit une partie tubulure, soit un circuit sanguin ; une étape de propagation pour propager la pression négative ou positive appliquée au cours de l’étape d’application de pression sur le trajet d’écoulement restant, qui est soit la partie tubulure, soit le circuit sanguin, par l’intermédiaire d’un tube de raccord ; et une étape de détermination pour vérifier, sur la base d’un niveau de pression détecté par un moyen de détection de pression, si la pression négative ou positive a été propagée au cours de l’état de propagation, et dans le même temps, pour déterminer, suivant que la pression négative ou positive a été propagée ou non, si le tube de raccord est raccordé convenablement ou non.
(JA) 連結ラインの接続の適否をより精度よく判定することができる血液浄化装置を提供する。 配管部又は血液回路の一方の流路に対して陰圧又は陽圧を付与させる圧力付与工程と、圧力付与工程で付与された陰圧又は陽圧を、連通ラインを介して配管部又は血液回路の他方の流路に伝播させる伝播工程と、圧力検出手段で検出される圧力に基づいて伝播工程による陰圧又は陽圧の伝播の有無を確認するとともに、当該陰圧又は陽圧の伝播の有無に基づいて連通ラインの接続の適否を判定する判定工程とを行わせ得る制御手段16を具備したものである。
