Abstract:
(EN) The problem addressed by the present invention is to provide a flow path material that, when incorporated as a liquid separation membrane module, can assure a salt elimination rate for a separation membrane and can have a thin thickness even if high pressure from a supply side via a reverse osmosis separation membrane is applied. Provided is a flow path material that is used for a liquid separation membrane module, comprising a tricot knitted fabric formed of synthetic fiber, wherein the tricot knitted fabric forms protruding parts with double loops, and a long side length for an opening part formed on the inside surface side of the double loops is 50 - 260 µm. Also provided is a liquid separation membrane module that has at least a reverse osmosis separation membrane and the flow path material wrapped around a center pipe.
(FR) L’invention a pour objet de fournir un matériau de trajet d’écoulement qui est capable de préserver le taux de retrait de sel d’une membrane de séparation, et qui permet également un amincissement, dans le cas d’une intégration en tant que module de membranes de séparation de liquide, et y compris lorsqu’une haute tension provenant d’un côté alimentation via une membrane de séparation à osmose inverse est mise en œuvre. Plus précisément, l’invention concerne un matériau de trajet d’écoulement pour module de membranes de séparation de liquide qui contient un tissu tricoté constitué de fibres synthétiques. Ce tissu tricoté forme une portion relief au moyen d’une double boucle, et la longueur du côté long d’une partie ouverture s’ouvrant côté face interne de cette double boucle, est comprise entre 50 et 260μm. Enfin, l’invention concerne un module de membranes de séparation dans lequel au moins la membrane de séparation à osmose inverse et ledit matériau de trajet d’écoulement sont enroulés autour d’un tube central.
(JA) 本発明は、液体分離膜モジュールとして組み込んだ場合、逆浸透分離膜を介して供給側から高圧が作用しても、分離膜の塩除去率を確保可能で、かつ厚みも薄くできる流路材を提供することを課題とする。 合成繊維を編成してなるトリコット編地を含み、該トリコット編地は二重ループで凸部分を形成しており、該二重ループの内面側に形成した開口部の長辺長さが50~260μmである液体分離膜モジュール用流路材である。また中心管の回りに少なくとも逆浸透分離膜および前期流路材が巻回している液体分離膜モジュールである。
