Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a power fluctuation mitigation system which quickly suppresses power fluctuations in a power distribution system caused by sudden load changes and the like, and which reduces the maintenance and inspection burden, with the goal of being maintenance-free. In a power supply system that supplies power to a load by means of an inverter device 200 having a first converter 210 connected to an AC power supply 100 and having an inverter 240 connected to this converter 210 via a DC intermediate capacitor 230, provided is a power fluctuation mitigation device 300 having: a second converter 330 connected to the AC power supply 100; a capacitor (capacitive power storage element) 360 charged by the output therefrom; and a variable resistor 370 and a control switch 380 serving as a charging means for charging the capacitor 230 by means of the stored power. When the output from the inverter device 200 fluctuates in conjunction with a sudden change in load, power is supplied from the capacitor 360 to the capacitor 230 via the variable resistor 370 and the control switch 380.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système d'atténuation des fluctuations du courant qui élimine rapidement les fluctuations du courant dans un système de distribution du courant qui sont provoquées par de brusques variations de charge et analogues et qui réduit la charge de maintenance et d'inspection, l'objectif étant d'éliminer toute maintenance. Dans un système d'alimentation électrique qui fournit de l'énergie à une charge au moyen d'un dispositif onduleur (200) ayant un premier convertisseur (210) branché sur une alimentation en CA (100) et un onduleur (240) branché sur ce convertisseur (210) par le biais d'un condensateur intermédiaire de CC (230), la présente invention concerne un dispositif d'atténuation des fluctuations du courant (300) ayant : un second convertisseur (330) branché sur l'alimentation en CA (100); un condensateur (élément de stockage d'énergie capacitive) (360) chargé par sa sortie; et une résistance variable (370) ainsi qu'un interrupteur de commande (380) servant de moyen de charge pour charger le condensateur (230) au moyen du courant stocké. Lorsque la sortie depuis le dispositif onduleur (200) fluctue conjointement avec une brusque variation de la charge, le courant est fourni par le condensateur (360) au condensateur (230) par le biais de la résistance variable (370) et de l'interrupteur de commande (380).
