Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a fluid bed ammoxidation reaction catalyst which includes silica and a metal oxide, and in which a composite of the silica and the metal oxide is represented by general formula (1), namely Mo12BiaFebNicMgdCoeCefCrgZnhXiOj/(SiO2)A (In formula (1): X is selected from the group consisting of K, Rb, and Cs; 0.1≤a≤1, 0.5≤b≤4, 0.5≤c≤6.5, 0.2≤d≤2.5, 0.5≤e≤7, 0.2≤f≤1.2, g≤0.05, h≤4, and 0.05≤i≤1 are satisfied; A represents the silica content (mass%), and satisfies 35≤A≤48; and the values of α, β, and γ which are respectively calculated by formula (2), namely α=1.5a/(1.5(b+g)+c+d+e+h), formula (3), namely β=1.5(b+g)/(c+d+e+h), and formula (4), namely γ=e/(c+d+h), satisfy 0.03≤α≤0.12, 0.1≤β≤0.7, and 0.2≤γ≤4).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un catalyseur de réaction d'ammoxydation en lit fluidisé qui comprend de la silice et un oxyde métallique, et dans lequel un composite de la silice et de l’oxyde métallique est représenté par la formule générale (1), à savoir Mo12BiaFebNicMgdCoeCefCrgZnhXiOj/(SiO2)A (Dans la formule (1) : X est choisi dans le groupe constitué de K, Rb et Cs ; 0,1 ≤ a ≤ 1, 0,5 ≤ b ≤ 4, 0,5 ≤ c ≤ 6,5, 0,2 ≤ d ≤ 2,5, 0,5 ≤ e ≤ 7, 0,2 ≤ f ≤ 1,2, g ≤ 0,05, h ≤ 4, et 0,05 ≤ i ≤ 1 sont satisfaits ; A représente la teneur en silice (% en masse), et satisfait à 35 ≤ A ≤ 48 ; et les valeurs de α, β et γ qui sont respectivement calculées par la formule (2), à savoir α = 1,5a/(1,5(b+g)+c+d+e+h), la formule (3), à savoir β=1,5(b+g)/(c+d+e+h), et la formule (4), à savoir γ=e/(c+d+h), satisfont à 0,03 ≤ α ≤ 0,12, 0,1 ≤ β ≤ 0,7 et 0,2 ≤ γ ≤ 4).
