Abstract:
(EN) A case of this heat exchange device includes an opening provided in a side wall, and a plate-shaped cover member for opening and closing said opening. A heat exchange part of a heat-transfer-medium circulation pipe is fixed to the inner surface of the cover member via a frame formed by combining rod-shaped members. When the cover member is set to a closed position at which the opening is closed, the heat exchange part of the heat-transfer-medium circulation pipe is accommodated as fixed inside the case. When the cover member is set to an open position at which the opening is open, the heat exchange part of the heat-transfer-medium circulation pipe is drawn out of the case from the opening. The effort needed to clean and maintain the device can thus be effectively reduced, and the device can more efficiently exchange heat.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'échange de chaleur comprenant une enveloppe comportant une ouverture ménagée dans une paroi latérale, et un élément couvercle en forme de plaque servant à ouvrir et à fermer ladite ouverture. Une partie d'échange de chaleur d'un tuyau de circulation d'agent de transfert de chaleur est fixée à la face interne de l'élément couvercle par l'intermédiaire d'un cadre formé par combinaison d'éléments en forme de tige. Lorsque l'élément couvercle est mis dans une position fermée dans laquelle l'ouverture est fermée, la partie d'échange de chaleur du tuyau de circulation d'agent de transfert de chaleur est logée de manière fixe à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe. Lorsque l'élément couvercle est mis dans une position ouverte dans laquelle l'ouverture est ouverte, la partie d'échange de chaleur du tuyau de circulation d'agent de transfert de chaleur est retirée de l'enveloppe à partir de l'ouverture. L'effort nécessaire au nettoyage et à l'entretien du dispositif peut être ainsi efficacement réduit, et le dispositif peut échanger de la chaleur de manière plus efficace.
(JA) 熱交換装置のケースは、側壁に設けた開口部と、該開口部を開閉するための板状の蓋部材とを備え、伝熱媒体流通配管の熱交換部は、棒状の部材を組み合わせて形成した枠体を介して蓋部材の内面に固定されている。そして、蓋部材が開口部を閉じる閉位置にあるとき、伝熱媒体流通配管の熱交換部がケース内に固定された状態で収容される一方、蓋部材が開口部を開く開位置にあるとき、伝熱媒体流通配管の熱交換部が開口部からケースの外部に取り出された状態となるように構成した。装置の清掃やメンテナンスの手間を効果的に低減でき、装置の熱交換の効率の向上を図ることができる。
