In order to more efficiently manufacture a three-dimensionally shaped object having an undercut part, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing the three-dimensionally shaped object in which powder-layer formation and solidification-layer formation are alternately performed by (i) a step of irradiating a prescribed spot of a powder layer with a light beam to sinter or melt and solidify powder at the prescribed spot to form a solidification layer and (ii) a step of forming a new powder layer on the obtained solidification layer and irradiating a prescribed spot of the new powder layer with the light beam to form another solidification layer. Particularly, in the manufacturing method of the present invention, modeling processing for specifying the undercut part in advance is performed prior to the manufacturing of the three-dimensionally shaped object.

La présente invention concerne, dans un mode de réalisation, afin de fabriquer plus efficacement un objet de forme tridimensionnelle possédant une partie de contre-dépouille, un procédé de fabrication de l'objet de forme tridimensionnelle dans lequel une formation de couche de poudre et une formation de couche de solidification sont exécutées en alternance par (i) une étape d'irradiation d'un point prescrit d'une couche de poudre avec un faisceau lumineux pour fritter ou fondre et solidifier la poudre au niveau du point prescrit pour former une couche de solidification et (ii) une étape de formation d'une nouvelle couche de poudre sur la couche de solidification obtenue et d'irradiation d'un point prescrit de la nouvelle couche de poudre avec le faisceau lumineux pour former une autre couche de solidification. En particulier, dans le procédé de fabrication de la présente invention, un traitement de modélisation destiné à indiquer la partie de contre-dépouille à l'avance est effectué avant la fabrication de l'objet de forme tridimensionnelle.

アンダーカット部を有して成る三次元形状造形物をより効率的に製造可能な方法を提供するために、本発明の一実施形態では、(i)粉末層の所定箇所に光ビームを照射して所定箇所の粉末を焼結又は溶融固化させて固化層を形成する工程、および(ii)得られた固化層の上に新たな粉末層を形成し、新たな粉末層の所定箇所に光ビームを照射して更なる固化層を形成する工程によって粉末層形成および固化層形成を交互に繰り返して行う三次元形状造形物の製造方法が供される。特に、本発明の製造方法では、三次元形状造形物の製造に先立って、アンダーカット部を予め特定するためのモデル化処理を行う。
