Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a weld joint (1) with which the strength of the weld joint (1) can be maintained and brittle fracture can be prevented even when the tensile strength of a weld metal (3) is lower than the tensile strength of a steel material (4, 4) (undermatching). This weld joint (1) comprises two steel materials (4, 4) and a weld metal (3) therebetween, and in this weld joint (1) at least one surface is equipped with a buildup wherein there is a buildup on the surfaces of both steel materials (4, 4). The width of each reinforcing bead (5), which is the buildup that has been built up on the surface of the steel materials (4, 4), is equal to or greater than the buildup thickness (9) at the end part of the surface of the steel materials, the flank angle (θ) of the toe (8) of each reinforcing bead is between 145° - 170°, the tensile strength of the weld metal (3) is less than the tensile strength of the steel materials (4, 4), and the weld joint satisfies the conditions in equation 1 in claim 1.
(FR) L'invention concerne un raccord soudé (1), avec lequel raccord la force du raccord soudé (1) peut être maintenue et la rupture cassante peut être évitée même quand la résistance à la traction du métal soudé (3) est inférieure à la résistance à la traction d'un matériau en acier (4, 4) (sous-correspondant). Ledit raccord soudé (1) comprend deux matériaux en acier (4, 4) et un métal fondu (3) entre ces derniers, et, dans ce raccord soudé (1), au moins une surface comporte une accumulation dans laquelle une accumulation est présente sur les surfaces des deux matériaux en acier (4, 4). La largeur de chaque bourrelet de renfort (5), qui constitue l'accumulation qui s'est accumulée sur la surface des matériaux en acier (4, 4), est supérieure ou égale à l'épaisseur d'accumulation (9) au niveau de la partie d'extrémité de la surface des matériaux en acier, l'angle de flanc (θ) du rebord (8) de chaque bourrelet de renfort est compris entre 145° et 170°, la résistance à la traction du métal soudé (3) est inférieure à la résistance à la traction des matériaux en acier (4, 4), et le raccord soudé satisfait aux conditions dans l'équation 1 dans la revendication 1.
