Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for producing a film that exhibits excellent external quantum efficiency when used as the light-emitting layer of a light-emitting element. This method for producing a film includes: an ink preparation step for preparing an ink that contains a prescribed metal complex and an organic solvent; an ink storage step for storing the ink prepared at the ink preparation step for three or more days under light-shielded conditions; and a film formation step for forming a film via a coating method, by using the ink which was stored at the ink storage step and in which, given that the content expressed as a surface area percentage obtained by liquid chromatography of the prescribed metal complex is 100, the total content expressed as a surface area percentage obtained by liquid chromatography of metal complexes exhibiting a molecular weight that is 16, 32 or 48 larger than that of the prescribed metal complex is 0.6 or less.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer un film qui présente un excellent rendement quantique externe lorsqu'il est utilisé comme couche électroluminescente d'un élément électroluminescent. Ce procédé de fabrication de film comprend : une étape de préparation d'encre consistant à préparer une encre qui contient un complexe métallique prescrit et un solvant organique ; une étape de stockage d'encre consistant à stocker l'encre préparée à l'étape de préparation d'encre pendant au moins trois jours dans des conditions de protection contre la lumière ; et une étape de formation de film consistant à former un film par un procédé d'application de revêtement, en utilisant l'encre qui a été stockée à l'étape de stockage d'encre et dans laquelle, étant donné que la teneur exprimée en pourcentage de surface obtenu par chromatographie liquide du complexe métallique prescrit est de 100, la teneur totale exprimée en pourcentage de surface obtenu par chromatographie liquide de complexes métalliques présentant un poids moléculaire supérieur de 16, 32 ou 48 à celui du complexe métallique prescrit est inférieure ou égale à 0,6.
