Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To suppress transmission of vibration to a laser part in a laser device, the vibration being generated in a portion where cooling air flow is generated, and to efficiently dissipate heat generated from the laser part. [Solution] The laser part (13) is accommodated inside a box-shaped housing that includes a plurality of surfaces. A frame (33) supports the laser part (35) inside the housing via a first mount (40). The frame (33) has a through hole that passes through from one surface side to the other surface side. A blower fan (39) generates a flow of a cooling gas in order to cool the laser part (35). The blower fan (39) is attached facing the laser part (35) to, e.g., a second housing (32). The cooling gas moves through the through hole of the frame (33) between the blower fan (39) and the laser part (35).
(FR) Le problème décrit par l'invention est de supprimer la transmission de vibrations à une partie laser dans un dispositif laser, les vibrations étant générées dans une partie dans laquelle un écoulement d'air de refroidissement est généré, et de dissiper efficacement la chaleur générée par la partie laser. Selon la solution de l'invention, la partie laser (13) est logée dans un boîtier de forme parallélépipédique qui présente une pluralité de surfaces. Un cadre (33) soutient la partie laser (35) à l'intérieur du boîtier par l'intermédiaire d'un premier support (40). Le cadre (33) comporte un trou traversant qui le traverse d'un côté de surface à l'autre côté de surface. Un ventilateur soufflant (39) génère un écoulement d'un gaz de refroidissement afin de refroidir la partie laser (35). Le ventilateur soufflant (39) est fixé, face à la partie laser (35), par exemple à un second boîtier (32). Le gaz de refroidissement circule dans le trou traversant du cadre (33) entre le ventilateur soufflant (39) et la partie laser (35).
(JA) 【課題】レーザ装置において、冷却用気流を発生させる部分において発生する振動のレーザ部に対する伝達を抑制し、かつレーザ部から発生する熱を効率的に放熱する。 【解決手段】レーザ部(13)は、複数の面を含む箱状の筐体の内部に収容される。フレーム(33)は、筐体の内部でレーザ部(35)を第1のマウント(40)を介して支持する。フレーム(33)は、一方の面側から他方の面側に貫通する貫通孔を有している。送風ファン(39)は、レーザ部(35)を冷却するための冷却用気体の流れを生じさせる。送風ファン(39)は、例えば第2の筐体(32)に、レーザ部(35)と対向して取り付けられる。冷却用気体は、送風ファン(39)とレーザ部(35)との間でフレーム(33)の貫通孔を通じて移動する。
