Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to: a starting material for magnets, which contains Sm and Fe; a magnet which is obtained by nitriding this starting material for magnets; and a method for producing this starting material for magnets. According to the first sense of the present invention, there is provided a starting material for magnets, which is mainly composed of an Sm-Fe binary alloy, and wherein the intensity ratio of the Sm2Fe17(024) peak to the SmFe7(110) peak is less than 0.001 as determined by an X-ray diffraction method.
(FR) L'invention concerne une matière première pour aimant contenant un Sm et un Fe, un aimant obtenu par nitruration de la matière première pour aimant, et les procédés de fabrication de ceux-ci. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne principalement une matière première pour aimant ayant pour composant principal un alliage binaire Sm-Fe, qui présente une intensité de pic SmFe17(024) par rapport à unpic SmFe(110) mesuré par un procédé de diffraction aux rayons X, inférieure à 0,001.
(JA) 本発明は、SmおよびFeを含む磁石用原料と、磁石用原料を窒化することにより得られる磁石と、それらの製造方法とに関する。本発明の第1の要旨によれば、Sm-Fe二元系合金を主成分とする磁石用原料であって、X線回折法で測定したSmFe(110)ピークに対するSmFe17(024)ピークの強度比が0.001未満である、磁石用原料が提供される。
