Abstract:
(EN) A production method for a polyimide molded body that has a repeating unit represented by general formula (1). The production method is characterized in that a polyimide solution that includes at least a solvent and a polyimide that has a repeating unit represented by general formula (1) is spray dried at a temperature that is at or above 50℃ below the boiling point of the solvent. The method makes it possible to efficiently produce a polyimide molded body. (In general formula (1), R1 is a single bond, an ether linkage, a sulfide linkage, a sulfoxy linkage, a methylene group, or an ethylene group, R2 and R3 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, or a trifluoromethyl group, and R4 is a tetravalent organic group that includes an aromatic ring, said group being represented by one of the indicated structures.)
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un corps moulé en polyimide qui présente un motif de répétition représenté par la formule générale (1). Le procédé de production est caractérisé en ce qu'une solution de polyimide qui comprend au moins un solvant et un polyimide qui présente un motif de répétition représenté par la formule générale (1) est lyophilisé à une température qui est supérieure ou égale à 50 ℃ au-dessus du point d'ébullition du solvant. Le procédé permet de produire efficacement un corps moulé en polyimide. (Dans la formule générale (1), R1 est une simple liaison, une liaison éther, une liaison sulfure, une liaison sulfoxy, un groupe méthylène, ou un groupe éthylène, R2 et R3 sont chacun indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe méthyle, ou un groupe trifluorométhyle, et R4 est un groupe organique tétravalent qui inclut un cycle aromatique, ledit groupe étant représenté par l'une des structures indiquées.)
