Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a wire material capable of ensuring high critical current density, regardless of the cross-sectional shape thereof. This superconducting wire material is equipped with an MgB2 filament, the number density of cavities having a major axis of 10μm or higher in a longitudinal cross-section of the superconducting wire material is in the range of 5-500mm-2, and the average value of the angle formed between the major axis of the cavities and the axis of the wire material is 60° or more.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture d'un matériau de fil capable d'assurer une densité de courant critique élevée, indépendamment de sa forme en coupe transversale. Ce matériau de fil supraconducteur est équipé d'un fil de MgB 2, la densité en nombre de cavités ayant un axe principal de 10 μm ou plus dans une section transversale longitudinale du matériau de fil supraconducteur se situe dans la plage de 5 à 500 mm -2, et la valeur moyenne de l'angle formé entre l'axe principal des cavités et l'axe du matériau du fil est de 60° ou plus.
(JA) 断面がどんな形状を有していたとしても、高い臨界電流密度を確保することができる線材を提供することが課題である。本発明に係る超電導線材は、MgBフィラメントを備え、前記超伝導線材の縦断面における長軸10μm以上の空隙の数密度が5~500mm-2の範囲にあり、前記空隙の長軸と線材の軸との成す角の平均値が60度以上である。
