Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a heterogeneous material bonded article having improved strength at the bonded interface between heterogeneous materials of different coefficients of thermal expansion; and a production method for heterogeneous material bonded article by which it is possible to produce such a heterogeneous material bonded article. This heterogeneous material bonded article is characterized by having a first member, and a second member which has a coefficient of thermal expansion greater than that of the first member and which is bonded to the first member, the first member having projections which are protruding portions of the surface of the first member, and the second member mating with the projections at the bonded interface of the first member and the second member.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un article lié de matériaux hétérogènes ayant une résistance améliorée au niveau de l'interface liée entre les matériaux hétérogènes de différents coefficients de dilatation thermique ; et un procédé de production pour l'article lié de matériaux hétérogènes permettant de produire un tel article lié de matériaux hétérogènes. L'article lié de matériaux hétérogènes selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il possède un premier élément et un second élément qui a un coefficient de dilatation thermique supérieur à celui du premier élément et qui est lié au premier élément, le premier élément ayant des saillies qui sont des parties en saillie de la surface du premier élément et le second élément s'accouplant aux saillies au niveau de l'interface liée du premier élément et du second élément.
(JA) 熱膨張係数の異なる異種材料の接合界面の強度を向上させた異種材料接合品およびそのような異種材料接合品製造することが可能な異種材料接合品の製造方法を提供する。 本発明に係る異種材料接合品は、第1の部材と、前記第1の部材よりも熱膨張係数が大きく、前記第1の部材と接合された第2の部材と、を有し、前記第1の部材は前記第1の部材の表面の一部が突出した突起を有し、前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材との接合面において前記突起に前記第2の部材が嵌合されていることを特徴とする。
