Abstract:
(EN) A corrugated board sheet defect detecting device, a corrugated board sheet defect removing device and a corrugated board sheet manufacturing device are provided with: a radiating device (45) which radiates parallel light toward a corrugating medium (B) at a radiation angle (θ1) that is inclined through a predetermined prescribed angle relative to a perpendicular line (L1) perpendicular to a single-faced cardboard sheet (D); an image capturing device (46) which captures an image of a portion of the corrugating medium (B) irradiated by the parallel light; a shadow image processing device (51) which defines light portions (W) and dark portions (G) in the direction in which the single-faced cardboard sheet (D) is being transported, on the basis of the image captured by the image capturing device (46); and an assessing device (52) which assesses the quality by comparing a length (W1) of the light portions (W) and a length (G1) of the dark portions (G) as defined by the shadow image processing device (51) with predetermined assessment values.
(FR) Un dispositif de détection de défaut de feuille de carton ondulé, un dispositif d'élimination de défaut de feuille de carton ondulé et un dispositif de fabrication de feuille de carton ondulé sont pourvus : d'un dispositif rayonnant (45) qui émet une lumière parallèle vers un support à onduler (B) et selon un angle de rayonnement (θ1) qui est incliné d'un angle prescrit prédéfini par rapport à une ligne perpendiculaire (L1), qui est perpendiculaire à une feuille de carton simple face (D); d'un dispositif de capture d'image (46) qui capture une image d'une partie du support à onduler (B) sur lequel est émise la lumière parallèle; d'un dispositif de traitement d'image d'ombre (51) qui définit des parties claires (W) et des parties sombres (G) dans la direction dans laquelle la feuille de carton simple face (D) est transportée, sur la base de l'image capturée par le dispositif de capture d'image (46); et d'un dispositif d'évaluation (52) qui évalue la qualité en comparant une longueur (W1) des parties claires (W) et une longueur (G1) des parties sombres (G) telles que définies par le dispositif de traitement d'image d'ombre (51) avec des valeurs d'évaluation prédéfinies.
