Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a solid electrolyte material having high density and ion conductivity, and an all solid lithium ion secondary battery in which this solid electrolyte material is used. The solid electrolyte material has a relative density of 99% or greater, belongs to a cubic system, and has a garnet-related structure, the chemical composition being represented by Li7–x–yLa3Zr2–x–yTaxNbyO12 (0 ≦ x ≦ 0.8, 0.2 ≦ y ≦ 1, 0.2 ≦ x+y ≦ 1). This solid electrolyte material has a lithium ion conductivity of 1.0 x 10 –3S/cm or greater. Also, with this solid electrolyte material, the lattice constant a is such that 1.28 nm ≤ a ≤ 1.30 nm, and lithium ions occupy only for two or more 96h sites within the crystalline structure. The all solid lithium ion secondary battery has a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a solid electrolyte, and the solid electrolyte comprises this solid electrolyte material.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau d'électrolyte solide ayant une densité et une conductivité ionique élevées, et une batterie secondaire aux ions lithium entièrement solide dans laquelle ce matériau d'électrolyte solide est utilisé. Le matériau d'électrolyte solide présente une densité relative de 99 % ou plus, appartient à un système cubique, et présente une structure apparentée à du grenat, la composition chimique étant représentée par Li7–x–yLa3Zr2–x–yTaxNbyO12 (0 ≦ x ≦ 0.8, 0.2 ≦ y ≦ 1, 0.2 ≦ x + y ≦ 1). Ce matériau d'électrolyte solide présente une conductivité des ions lithium de 1,0 x 10 –3S/cm ou plus. De même, grâce à ce matériau d'électrolyte solide, la constante de réseau a est telle que 1,28 nm ≤ a ≤ 1,30 nm, et les ions lithium occupent uniquement deux, ou plus, sites 96h dans la structure cristalline. La batterie secondaire aux ions lithium entièrement solide comporte une électrode positive, une électrode négative et un électrolyte solide, et l'électrolyte solide comprend ce matériau d'électrolyte solide.
(JA) 密度とイオン伝導率が高い固体電解質材料と、この固体電解質材料を用いた全固体リチウムイオン二次電池を提供する。固体電解質材料は、化学組成がLi7-x―yLaZr2-x―yTaNb12(0≦x≦0.8、0.2≦y≦1、0.2≦x+y≦1)で表され、相対密度が99%以上で、立方晶系に属し、ガーネット関連型構造を有する。この固体電解質材料は、リチウムイオン伝導率が1.0×10-3S/cm以上である。また、この固体電解質材料は、格子定数aが1.28nm≦a≦1.30nmであり、リチウムイオンが結晶構造内の2つ以上の96h席のみを占有する。全固体リチウムイオン二次電池は、正極と、負極と、固体電解質とを有し、固体電解質がこの固体電解質材料から構成されている。
