Abstract:
(EN) Provided are an autonomous driving control device and an autonomous driving control method that are capable of prompting a driver to switch to a manual driving mode when entering an area where autonomous driving is difficult. This autonomous driving control device is provided with: a host vehicle position detection unit which detects a traveling point of the a host vehicle on a map; a driving mode switching unit which switches the driving mode from an autonomous driving mode to a manual driving mode in which the vehicle is run by manual driving operations, when the driver performs a driving operation during the autonomous driving mode in which at least some of the driver's driving operations are carried out for the driver; an autonomous driving difficulty determination unit which determines, on the basis of information about an area ahead of the traveling point of the host vehicle in a traveling direction, whether or not autonomous driving in said area is difficult; and a driving mode switch prompting unit which prompts the driver to switch to the manual driving mode when it has been determined that autonomous driving in the area in question is difficult.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de commande de conduite autonome et un procédé de commande de conduite autonome qui sont aptes à inciter un conducteur à commuter vers un mode de conduite manuelle lorsqu'il entre dans une zone où une conduite autonome est difficile. Ce dispositif de commande de conduite autonome est pourvu : d'une unité de détection de position de véhicule hôte qui détecte un point de déplacement du véhicule sur une carte ; d'une unité de commutation de mode de conduite qui commute le mode de conduite d'un mode de conduite autonome à un mode de conduite manuelle dans lequel le véhicule est dirigé par des opérations de conduite manuelle, lorsque le conducteur effectue une opération de conduite pendant le mode de conduite autonome dans lequel au moins certaines des opérations de conduite du conducteur sont effectuées pour le conducteur ; d'une unité de détermination de difficulté de conduite autonome qui détermine, sur la base d'informations concernant une zone en amont du point de déplacement du véhicule dans une direction de déplacement, si une conduite autonome dans ladite zone est difficile ; et d'une unité d'incitation à commuter le mode d'entraînement qui incite le conducteur à commuter vers le mode de conduite manuelle lorsqu'il a été déterminé que la conduite autonome dans la zone en question est difficile.
(JA) 自動運転が困難なエリアに進入する場合に、運転者に手動運転モードへの切り替えを促せる自動運転制御装置および自動運転制御方法を提供する。 自動運転制御装置は、地図上における自車の走行地点を検出する自車位置検出部と、運転者の運転操作の少なくとも一部を代行する自動運転モード中に運転者が運転操作を行った場合に、運転モードを自動運転モードから、運転操作に従って自車を走行させる手動運転モードに切り替える運転モード切り替え部と、自車の走行地点よりも進行方向前方のエリアに関する情報に基づいて、当該エリアで自動運転が困難か否かを判定する自動運転困難性判定部と、当該エリアで自動運転が困難であると判定された場合、運転者に手動運転モードへの切り替えを促す運転モード切り替え促進部と、を備える。
