Abstract:
(EN) A light-emitting device 1 is provided with a support substrate 3, an organic EL element 10 arranged on the support substrate 3, and a sealing member 11 that seals the organic EL element 10 and that has a space S for accommodating the organic EL element 10. An inert gas is sealed within the space S, and the organic EL element 10 is formed by laminating a first electrode layer 5, an organic functional layer 7, and a second electrode layer 9 in that order onto the support substrate 3. A desiccant 15 is disposed on the sealing member 11 at a location facing the second electrode layer 9. The second electrode layer 9 is configured to include at least three metal layers, and of such plurality of metal layers, one metal layer is formed of aluminum and the uppermost metal layer is formed of silver.
(FR) Dispositif électroluminescent 1 pourvu d'un substrat de support 3, d'un élément EL organique 10 disposé sur le substrat de support 3, et d'un élément d'étanchéité 11 qui scelle l'élément EL organique 10 et qui possède un espace S pour recevoir l'élément EL organique 10. Un gaz inerte est hermétiquement enfermé à l'intérieur de l'espace S, et l'élément EL organique 10 est formé par la stratification d'une première couche d'électrode 5, d'une couche fonctionnelle organique 7 et d'une seconde couche d'électrode 9 dans cet ordre sur le substrat de support 3. Un déshydratant 15 est disposé sur l'élément d'étanchéité 11 à un endroit faisant face à la seconde couche d'électrode 9. La seconde couche d'électrode 9 est conçue pour comprendre au moins trois couches métalliques, et parmi une telle pluralité de couches métalliques, une première couche métallique est constituée d'aluminium et la couche métallique supérieure est constituée d'argent.
