Abstract:
(EN) This housing-securing unit for a vehicle is provided with a housing (3) in which a circuit substrate (150) is accommodated, and a bracket (5) via which the housing is attached to a vehicle. Column-shaped holding pins (11, 21, 31) are provided on the side surfaces (6, 7, 8) of the housing. The bracket is provided with side-surface support members (101, 102, 103) in which are formed through holes (111, 112, 113) for the insertion of the holding pins. The holding pins have: an inclined approach surface (61) formed so that the height thereof increases toward the assembling direction; and holding surfaces (62, 63) formed to restrict the movement of the side-surface holding member in the assembling direction, the holding surfaces (62, 63) being formed so as to face the inner peripheral surface of the through hole when the holding pin is inserted into the through hole. The height of the apex of the holding surface is equal to or higher than the apex of the inclined approach surface.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une unité de fixation de boîtier pour un véhicule comprenant un boîtier (3) dans lequel un substrat de circuit (150) est rangé, et un support (5) au moyen duquel le boîtier est fixé à un véhicule. Des broches de maintien en forme de colonnes (11, 21, 31) sont disposées sur les surfaces latérales (6, 7, 8) du boîtier. Le support est doté d'éléments de support de surface latérale (101, 102, 103) dans lesquels sont formés des trous traversants (111, 112, 113) permettant l'insertion des broches de maintien. Les broches de maintien comprennent: une surface d'approche inclinée (61) formée de sorte que sa hauteur augmente vers la direction d'assemblage ; et des surfaces de maintien (62, 63) formées de manière à restreindre le mouvement de l'élément de maintien de surface latérale dans la direction d'assemblage, les surfaces de maintien (62, 63) étant formées de manière à faire face à la surface périphérique interne du trou traversant lorsque la broche de maintien est insérée dans le trou traversant. La hauteur du sommet de la surface de maintien est égale ou supérieure au sommet de la surface d'approche inclinée.
